Received a case of dog food that expired within two weeks, I called as I really needed the dog food, they sent a replacement that again expired in two weeks. Really? No one in shipping can read expiration dates?? Very disappointed and will not be ordering again.

I won 2 ten ($10) dollar gift cards as part of Whisker Walk in MA and I was told I can only use one per household. I gave one to a friend and he was unable to use it. It is pretty lousy to donate gift cards to a raffle then tell the client one of them is useless. I will not use Mr.Chewy.com in the future.

I PURCHASED CAT LITTER ONCE. DUE TO BAD PACKING IT HAD TO BE RETURNED. THEY THEN RE-SENT IT TO ME. I WILL NOT RE-ORDER AS I CAN DO BETTER ELSEWHERE. AND THEIR PRICES ARE HIGHER THAN PETCO. BUT I NOW SUFFER FROM NON-STOP HARASSMENT TO VISIT MR. CHEWY WHEREVER I GO ON THE INTERNET . I HATE THEM. IF THEY DO NOT REMOVE THIS OFFENSIVE ADVERTISING, I WILL SUE THEM.
