Every single time I have dealt with Chewy, it has been a pleasurable experience. The operators are caring and friendly, and they truly work to make the whole thing as quick and easy as possible. I have recommended Chewy to all my pet owning friends and family, and I will continue to do so in the future. They also surprised me last year with a small customized painting of my furball. This company is the best around. Real people, and real feelings. Way to go, Chewy!

I shop here for all 3 of my dogs. I love the variety of items I can get. I practically get all essentials from them, including my senior prescription medicine, prevention, supplements, dog food, treats and even their toys. They are personable and understanding. When mistakes happens, even when it was my mistake, they always help come to a solution that is best for me and my pups. I will always shop here and I am always happy with the experience.

Chewy makes it so easy for me to buy my dog's prescription medication (and it costs half as much as anywhere else). They even contact your vet for prescription approval for you so you don't have to worry about that. The service is great, the products are great, and shipments have honestly come in a LOT faster than Amazon shipments.

This company is amazing. They have by far the best customer service I have experienced. Returns are donated and credited. They truly care about pets. Finally, I just lost my dog (so very hard) and I received a very caring note and flowers. Life long customer!!!!

I had called Chewy to change my autoship after my dog Churchill died. I spoke with LaQuita who was fabulous to talk to when I burst into tears as I was explaining what I needed to do. Clearly, as evidenced by the many reviews, sending flowers is a general practice. I received flowers today which were SO very much appreciated as I had to call again today after the death last night of our 2nd dog Max. Again, I spoke with a wonderful associate Bree, who was so compassionate on the phone. In a world of automation, it's so nice to speak with real people in customer service!!! We will definitely be customers of Chewy when it comes times to have other pets! Thank you LaQuita and Bree!!!

Chewy is a company with a heart. Over the years I have had my Autoship packages arrive in a timely manner with no problems. When I contacted them to cancel my Autoship to let them know my pet had passed, I was very pleased to receive a sweet email back expressing sympathy for my loss. I was even more shocked when I received flowers a few days later. I can’t ever remember a company with such a heart of care and concern.

I ordered 2 large turtle houses and they both were delivered broken in half. I was not happy, I complained immediately and 5 seconds later I got an order confirmation for the replacements. Now, that is GOOD customer service.
