Just wanted to express sincere that is to this company. Had been ordering dog food from them and had to cancel as the dog became ill and had to be put down. After canceling the order, received a condolence card and roses. Great customer care. Thanks so much.

I have been getting my cat litter delivered from Chewy as well as her science diet for about a year and it was very convenient. The prices were great as well. When she stopped eating the food about two months ago I called to find out if I could return the cans that I still had and they told me to go ahead and donate what was left and they refunded the amount for the cans she didn't eat. That was very helpful and appreciated!! It turned out that my baby girl was not doing so well and she died last month. It's been a hard month and I thought I canceled her subscription of litter but I didn't. I got a notification the other day that it was being delivered so I emailed to let them know that she had passed away and asked if I could cancel the order. They refunded the order and canceled the subscription for me. But the thing that was even more touching was that I got a knock on my door today and it was a delivery driver with a gorgeous flower arrangement! This was above and beyond and really good timing because I was particularly sad today with thoughts of her. The flowers came with a very sweet card and really touched my heart. Thank you so much for being a wonderfully caring company!

I love love love chewy. They have been nothing but amazing. Recently they really showed me I'm just not a card number. My dog Roxy had to be put down at 13 yrs. Old due to bone cancer. Right after she passed they send a Birthday card because it was her birthday. I sent an email thanking them and letting them know she was no longer with us. Today I came home to a dozen beautiful roses and a card of condolences. This hit a spot. I loved them before losing her and this confirmed why I will continue to use them. I have been ordering prescription dog food from Chewy for the past year. My dog died right after I had purchased a large bag of the food. Chewy refunded the purchase price and only requested that I donate the food to a shelter. Then, yesterday, I received a dozen roses and a gift card with a note from the service representative I had spoken with previously expressing their sympathy for my loss. What a great company!

We moved out of state, and I forgot to change my address on Chewy's website. A couple of orders ended up at our old house, far enough away that I could not go get them, and shipping would likely be expensive and tricky, not to mention I would feel bad asking our realtor to deal with that. I contacted Chewy, and within a matter of hours, they put in a new order for me, free of charge, and this time with our new address. They were extremely helpful and really went above and beyond, considering that it was my mistake and not theirs. The stuff that went to our old house will now be donated to an animal shelter by our realtor.
