My beloved dog, Cody, recently passed away. I called Chewy to see if I could return some canned dog food. They issued me a credit for the food and suggested I donate the food to a shelter, which I donated to SPCA Suncoast in New Port Richey, Florida. The also sent me flowers and a card about my dog. They are absolutely fantastic. Their rep, Kailey, was so compassionate. Thanks so much!

So, I felt compelled to share my recent experience with Chewy($160.00)and Wedgewood pharmacy($185.00). I just laid my boy to rest but received his meds 5 days prior to his euthanasia both unopened packages. I called Wedgewood pharmacy and explained he is no longer with me as of just recently and if I could return the meds I just received. The woman on the phone was very cold and just said no we don’t do that and No …I’m sorry for your loss or nothing. I just told her please cancel my auto shipment and hung up. I then call Chewy, The woman was extremely sympathetic. Told me to dispose of the meds and they would credit my account. Then this morning I received 12 long stem roses from chewy with a note of their condolences. WOW!! I was touched to say the least! As for Wedgewood pharmacy, it’s obvious they’re all about the money and really don’t give two f$$ks about your pet or you! I will NEVER deal with them again!!!!! Thank you so much Chewy! You are #1 above all others!!!!♥️

Very reliable delivery, and prices are very reasonable. I really relied on them during the Covid-19 pandemic and now I am used to using them.

Hands down, time and time again, the most consistently efficient and amicable customer service out of any company I've ever interacted with and I've interacted with a lot over the years! I love Chewy!

Like the title says, Chewy is one of, if not the best Company I have ever done business with. The level of customer service that you will receive from them is on a level that I am unable to compare to any other company. Occasionally their prices may be a few dollars higher than a retail giant like amazon, However, if I have an issue with a product from Chewy, I know that I'm going to be treated like an actual person and that they will go to any measure to make it right. For example, I have a Dachshund Jack Russell Mix who's stomach is VERY picky about what foods she can eat. I bought a bag of food and her stomach did not agree with it and she got sick. If this were amazon They would have tried their darnedest to have me get the refund to my amazon account, and sent them the food back since the food wasn't damaged or destroyed. Thankfully, I bought it from Chewy, so they apologized profusely for the issue (even though it wasn't their fault) refunded me in full and when I asked what they would like me to do with the food, they asked that if I don't have an alternate use for it, to please donate it to a shelter since it wasn't prescription food. No interrogation, no attempts to maximize their profit. Complete and total understanding and customer loyalty. Honestly, I don't know what else I can say other than amazing.

I lost my poodle ( Iggy ) recently. He was 16yrs old and have been using Chewy for a long time. From food, flea and tick, toothpaste, medications and incontinence pads. I have recommended Chewy to many people who own their pets. I like to thank Chewy for their great service for many yrs

I had a cat who was on prescription food and I was using the Auto Ship Option. I thought I had cancelled my auto ship when passed away but I must have just paused it. When I emailed Chewy to let them know and ask if I could return the food, they refunded me and told me to donate it to a local pet charity. Then two days later, I received a lovely sympathy bouquet. This company is truly amazing and compassionate. Thank you Chewy! 💕

Our cat was diagnosed with small cell lymphoma. Our vet prescribed 3 medications plus 3 additional medications, if side effects occurred (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea). Chewy was the least expensive source for 4 items, and the other 2 items they did not carry (had to be formulated at a compounding pharmacy). As soon as the order was placed, Chewy faxed, then called (twice!) our vet to get the prescription. They were very dedicated to getting the Rx as quickly as possible. The folks who took the order by phone were very knowledgeable and consulted with the pharmacist when they didn't have the answer. They were courteous, compassionate, personable and efficient. We received the medications a few days later, as promised. Our cat is doing well. Couldn't ask for better service or better prices.
