I have been ordering from Chewy for a couple years now. They always have the best deals and they have everything I could ever need for our beloved pet bunny, Nugget. Customer service is always very helpful. Emails are answered promptly. I even order my daughters cat food that is by prescription on here and they always get ot verified from vet and sent to her very quickly. We absolutely love Chewy and will be lifelong customers.

I have used Chewy for several years . They are wonderful , reasonably priced with quick delivery . But today I want to give recognition to one special employee Her name is Diamond , she was professional and attentive to fixing my issue. But after being told my mom passed .. Chewy sent me beautiful sympathy flowers ! What a great company with a heart for their clients ( both human and pets) Thank you Chewy … Thank you Diamond ( your mom knew your worth before you were born ) ❤️

Our sincere thanks to Chewy for their compassion at a time of lose. We recently lost our Chihuahua “Baby” to heart failure. When I called to see if it was possible to return the prescription food that had been delivered, CHEWY DELIVERED! Chewy not only told us to donate the food, they sent a beautiful bouquet of flowers with a condolence card. In my personal 59 years I have never witnessed such a beautiful gesture from a company. We always get all our pet needs from Chewy. Delivered on time and great customer service, they have never disappointed. I highly recommend Chewy!

My little Miss Abbey passed away on Tuesday. I called to have all future shipments canceled. The young lady I talked to was so sweet and offered her condolences. Today I received a beautiful flowe arrangement from them. They're the best company ever! 💗

I cannot say enough about the wonderful customer service that Chewey.com provides. Rusty our fish died recently. I had just received some fish medication and also some more charcoal filters from Chewey.com. I called them to see if I could return the items since they were unopened. The customer service rep that assisted me was really sweet and expressed her condolences that Rusty had died. She said to donate the items and they would issue me a refund for the items. I received beautiful long stem roses from them a few days later to express their condolences. I also order heart worm medication for our dog through them. They contact my vet for authorization and I’ve never had any issues. As I said, Great Customer Service!

I have been a customer of chewy for about 4 years now. In that time I have not had an issue with my products until last year. They were always on time and exactly what I ordered. I have had 2 problems with my orders in the last year (and I almost blame it on the pandemic and craziness of the world). I called them about my problem and they made it right right away. I either got a partial refund for my troubles and/or they replaced my product. I would and do highly recommend them to all of my friends and family. Great job Chewy! PS. My animals all love getting their birthday cards ever year! 🥰

This pet owner is very pleased with Chewy.com. Currently, I am on bed rest. I just pressed the purchase button and the the package magically showed up at my door hours later. Amazing! Frankie can 💩 on his wee wee pads and I can focus on bed rest.
