I used to really like chewy.com and thought it's perfect for my dog. They shipped expired dog food in the last auto ship, so I contacted them via e-mail & informed them what happened. They apologized, and instead of refunding the money back, they re-shipped the order. The re-shipment was expired too... This tells me they don't care about their customers.

I contacted Chewy to request information on how to return dog food I could not use. I was told my card would be refunded and to donate the food to my local shelter which I did. Over a month later after numerous chats, phone calls and emails, no refund. Rather than provide a refund transaction number Chewy wants to contact my credit card directly. I can't remember the last time I heard something so stupid. Needles to say I am sure there is no refund and no dog food for my dog. I feel good about the donation to the shelter and never doing business with Chewy again.

Fine selection but Amazon.com is definitely cheaper...

In 2 months I have spent over $ 1,000.00 with this firm and not one single order arrived in 1-2 days as advertised. instead some of my orders placed on Monday each week have taken more than 6 days to arrive and in some cases, the food/merchandise arrived crushed, bags and boxes ripped and improperly packed and most cases, arrived in a non-useable and/or bent state. In each order, I spent well over 50.00. Not one single order arrived as advertised. Only two orders arrived packaging intact. This firm demonstrates fraud and in my opinion has grown too large and can not support it's promises made to its clients.

Absolutely horrible dealing with them. I placed an order on one day for a bed and then after considering convenience I went ahead the next day and placed an order for the dog food I needed. They decided not to ship the food for a day and a half because I already placed an order. Well who would think that a dog would want a bed AND food. They had my contact info from placing the order they could have reached out but no so now I have to go out and buy dog food anyway. Customer service was snooty both times I called. I will never trust them with another order.

I placed my first order with chewy.com for some prescription dog food. web site said i would receive in one to two day. After second day I checked on my order it had not even shipped yet. I chatted customer service and was told they were waiting for my vet. I checked with my vet and the request came into the vet while I was chatting customer service. So they said they would ship it as soon as possible within one to two days then another one or two days to receive it. I can cancelled the order. I do not like to be mislead or lied to. I would recommend that people stay away if you need something important I am sure they would be fine for a dog chew toy.

Every shipment I've received has contained cans so badly dented that I wasn't willing to risk feeding the food to my dogs. Although the company has a return policy, constantly returning unacceptable product defeats the purpose of having the food delivered to my home. I wish this company well. However, if this problem isn't solved, I don't see them staying in business long.

They charged me but never sent my order out, I called but they said they had to cancel the order. They never sent me any email to let me know they did that. I will never order with them again.
