CHEWY IS THE BEST! I have been a customer for several years and have nothing but great things to say. Customer service has been great no mater what time I’ve called. I have ordered dog food, dog beds, treats, and medication. All done with no problems and delivered within a few days to my door. I had received a birthday card for my dog(how sweet) I called to close my account because sadly our dog past away. I was so touched the customer service representative so pleasant and offered hers and the Chewy’s family condolences. A few days later we received a bouquet of flowers, with a beautiful hand written note they were so sorry to hear about our loss, from the chewy family. What company do you know that does that?? Again if or when I have another pet you bet I’ll use chewy again!! Thanks again Chewy for all your kindness!

Impossible chewy has an average rating! Chewy is awesome! Your order arrives in 2 or less days at ur door! Anything at all amiss, even if ur pet doesn't like a toy ur money is refunded ASAP! No argument, even if u leave a review saying "my pet hates this chew bone" they refund ur money! Prices & selection are super, almost never ending! At chewy the customer is always right! ALWAYS! & U get a birthday card! And for me not having to carry 2 20lb bags of cat food, a 50lb bag of dog food & 40 lb of kitty litter...having it delivered to my door FREE is beyond wonderful! Food ALWAYS FRESH, I love love chewy. They have great products for every kind of pet! At great prices! And HOME DELIVERY WITHIN 2 DAYS.

I have always bought my pets food from a pet store or grocery store, my sister got me to try Chewy, not only was I able to get all of the varieties they like but at a better price and the two day ship was not a joke, I placed my order on a Friday night and received my order on Sunday, now instead of running out every week, I can buy a month or more of foods at a great price and have it delivered to my door. I would recommend Chewy to anyone who loves their pets and saving $ too.

I have only made two orders with Chewy, but I am extremely impressed with them. My first order arrived extremely fast! My second order I had some issues with a coupon I received, but I messaged Chewy via Facebook message & they took care of it! My vet declined my order because I ordered in bulk, but I called Chewy & they got the order fixed for me & actually gave me an extra discount. The shipping speed, the discounts, being able to get in touch with Chewy quickly, & them being so willing to help anyway they can. You don’t hear of very many companies who have good customer service. I highly recommend Chewy! If you have any issues with them reach out I’m sure they will go above & beyond to make it right.

This was literally the best experience I’ve ever had with a representative concerning returns. She has no questions fully refunded everything and the only thing she asked is that the field that I cannot use if I could donate it to someone that needs it and then helped me locate the correct food my dog needed. Thank you, Chewy. We have been customers for more than seven years. Sadly, we lost our sweet dog, Emme, before she could use the ramp we got for her on Chewy. When I asked if I could return it, they asked why and said they would issue us a refund. Then, they asked us to donate it to a local rescue organization. They were beyond kind to us and to pets who need a ramp who might not have access to one. And, as if that wasn't enough, the beautiful flowers and thoughtful note arrived from Chewy. It is rare to receive this level of care and concern from a retailer/e-tailer. We are so grateful. The Bingamans

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong item from Chewy.com. I called customer service to find out how to return the item and get a credit. Since it was my error, I was prepared to pay the return shipping costs. The nice lady on the phone instead asked me to donate the items to a pet shelter and she credited my account. I ordered the correct item and it was at my door in 14 hours. Chewy.com is the best, thank you!! Good customer service is hard to find today. Chewy.com clearly cares about their customers and animals, you have all my pet supply business!

What a truly AWESOME company! I've been with Chewy a few years now and recently our 15 year old dog Marley had to be put down after a stroke. Well in all the anguish of our lose I forgot to cancel the order for all his vitamins, probiotics, and allergy chews. I called and explained of the lose of our dog Marley asked if I could return them. I talked to Amy, she was very compassionate and sorrowful for our loss and gave us a full refund, then asked me to donate the order to a local rescue center. Now as if that wasn't way above and beyond what most companies would have done, today we received flowers and a very nice note consoling us on our loss from Amy at Chewy.com.
