We have been ordering from Chewy for some time for our dog and cat's flea meds. I had it set up to auto-ship. I called last week to cancel it for our cat, Toby, as we had to say goodbye to him last week. He was 16 years old. Today we received a delivery of a dozen roses from Chewy. Their services have always been great, but this deserves more than 5 stars. Thank you very much.

Chewy👏👏👏 I am very thankful for your kindness. My dog just recently passed away and we had forgotten to cancel our automatic dog food shipment. I called and explained the situation and was planning to return the dog food. The customer service representative was very friendly, helpful and sincere in her sympathy for our loss. She refunded our money and made me cry when she said to donate the dog food in our sweet Ella’s name. On top of that, two days later I received a beautiful flower bouquet with a sweet note. I am thoroughly impressed by their kindness and sweet gesture. Kindness goes such a long way and it meant a great deal to my family. Thank you Chewy!❤️

Like me, I am sure a lot of you are frustrated with the customer service we are expected to accept these days. It is a rare company that even responds to inquiries anymore. I would like to acknowledge the caring and wonderful experience we just had with “Chewy.com”. As many of you know, our pup Teddy recently passed. I contacted Chewy to see if I could return a case of his special diet food that I had just ordered. I explained that he had just passed. Not only did they give me a full refund for the entire order (including food for our other pup & a box of Greenies). They didn’t ask that I return any of the items. That case of food will instead benefit the local shelter. They topped it off with a delivery today of the following with a lovely condolence card. After this I cannot imagine buying my pet supplies anywhere else from now on.

Amazing customer service! I ordered a cat toy which was not the best so I posted an honest non angry review and I received an apology email and my account was automatically credited for the product without having to return it. Love this company and their prices and fast service

My call was answered on the first ring by a woman named Destiny. I was needing info on the status of my dog food order since it was running late. Destiny sent another order my way free of charge since tracking was acting odd on her end, and also refunded a portion of my original order so I could buy a small bag of food from the store to hold over my goldendoodle.

I have been using Chewy for almost 10 yrs. My Boxer Boy has lots of "issues" and it is so much cheaper to obtain his food & meds thru them than my vet. Anytime I have had an issue, a treat my dog refused to eat, a mixed up auto ship, product delivery.... it's always been handled in the most cheerful, helpful manner. The customer service of this site is second to none!!!! I will remain a faithful customer to Chewy as long as I have a pet!!!

I absolutely LOVE Chewy!! Such great customer service and wonderful products for my little kitty. I moved to a new house and forgot to change my auto ship… I called to see if my parents returned the package if a replacement could be sent to my new address and instead… they are sending me a free replacement!! Even when it’s my mistake they always are willing to help.
