Claim to have 1 or 2 day shipping but my order took a week....lots of promises no delivery.....

They stated the item was going to be 1-2 day shipping. 1 week later I contact them and this is what they sent me. Hi Lacey, Oh no! Not going to be ordering from them again though since this is my first transaction with them and it hasn't been a good one.

We set our account up with them about 10 days ago. It was to be an auto ship account where the food comes each month. Simple transaction. They billed our credit card no less than three times for the shipment! We noticed it right away and called them, they said that this was a common occurrence and the charges would drop off ! Imagine that! Sure enough, today two of the charges have dropped off and guess what, a third one has appeared! We are canceling our standing order today. The food arrived promptly, it was about 150 dollars. We have been billed over six hundred dollars! We are calling them as I write this and canceling our order. Don't order your pet food there!

Placed order, next day my credit card was compromised. Need to buff their security. Will not use site again

I received a coupon for Chewy.com in the mail. I went online and saw that they carried my dog food line and thought I'd try Chewy. I went online, placed my order, entered the coupon code and got an error that it was invalid. I spent time re-reading the coupon, making sure I'd fulfilled the requirements, going over my order, trying the code several times, to no avail. I finally called Chewy Customer Service. She did not know what the problem was and then, after some time, a supervisor informed her that the dog food I ordered was not eligible for the coupon offer. NO PLACE ON THEIR COUPON WAS THIS STATED. I asked them, as a first time customer, don't they want to give me to offer anyway? A flat NO, was the answer. I told them I would not be shopping with them, ever. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE HANDLING OF SOMETHING THAT WAS THEIR FAULT AND AMOUNTS TO MISLEADING ADVERTISING. Your loss Chewy. And the dog park people will hear about it too.

Was told order would arrive one or two days. After ordered, promised in 3 days. No more orders from me.

All of these prices on this site are the same price as when you go into the store. Why offer in the commercial that the prices are 20% when I can go to petsmart or petco and pay the same price there without shipping and handling. Don't advertise on TV discounts that don't exist.
