Great price for the food, free shipping and a bonus off for auto reorder!! My dog can only tolerate this food with this flavor due to his irritable bowel syndrome!

Good value but really need to explain that overnight or 2 day ground could take more like 7 days.

All of the items I purchased arrived on the day they were supposed to. I was a little disappointed that the larger box was open and the tape torn off that sealed it but I think it was because the contents was too heavy. The food inside was not ripped or harmed. I am planning to have a second order delivered on a resubscribe and so far am very happy

I was very pleased with Chewy.com's service. Easy to place an order and received my dog food in a very timely matter!!! There was one slight problem I had ordered also some dog treats but they sent me a rawhide chew. But I absolutely order from chew.com again!! Thanks so much!! Brenda

I would definately order again, everything was shipped together with no problems.

Package was badly damaged when it arrived but didn't affect the dog biscuits inside. Just seemed like someone tried to open the package so maybe chewy is a favorite with shippers.
