Fast service. Order was correct but many of the cans were dented.

Prices are comparable to competitors. Would be nice if chewy.com offered a 15% discount for 1st time members/shoppers as most competitors do this (wag.com). I got started and made my first purchase because I got a $10 coupon from (barkbox). My dogs liked the (fruitables dog treats in mango/pumpkin) that they received in the barkbox and I was able to find it on chewy.com so it was a win win!

The shipment was correct and timely. However, the chicken treats I ordered did not explain online that they were made in China. After the recall I refuse to buy any treats or dog food made outside of the USA. You would think a reputable company such as Dogwells wouldn't support dog food products made in China. I will be returning the treats and hopefully your return process is as smooth as the order process.

I am looking for made in the usa treats for my dog. I was pleased to find some products available. I have started making my own .

Great shopping on line. CS man was very impatient when I called before order placed.. Needed help navigating online. Ended up being very simple but he would not help. I asked him to walk me through it Said, 'I don't know what it is you don't understand.'

I noticed that my cat food had no expiration date also when i recieved food it was in crumbs.. also can food was to expire soon

It was my first order w/ Chewy.com I was pleased that you get a live person to answer the phone, that's a good thing. Their service did say that it was between 1 and two days for delivery and they came through. Was hoping my order would have shipped the same day. My dog food came by FEDEX ground it was well packaged. The price was in line, I pay more at the pet food store and need to run out wait in line. Big time saver and if the price stays in line, I will give them my continued business. I would say give them a try, they at least speak English and are nice to deal with. Good Luck!

Extra large size is really a medium size, disappointing for the price.
