. My problem is now going on three years. I have tried over 25 times to correct a shipping problem on parakeet and cocatiel treats. I had asked after they open the six pack on parakeet and 4 pack on my larger birds they simply replace the units in the Kaytee box. All boxes come in broken never received credit physically unable to return. Have to order only thing birds eat Won't be removing this even if credit given!

Why do u advertise 1-2 day shipping when the order I placed for canned dog and cat food on 9/23 isn't coming until 9/29?? Steps I ordered for my cat to a month. False advertising don't you think?? I had to go to the store today to buy pet food because I don't have enough to last till Wednesday. What's the point in ordering from u if I have to go to the store anyway?? Last order this time for sure and I'm gonna spread the word.

Third and final order ever , The first time I ordered from Chewy I was excited they have a lot of products to choose from and relatively good prices. But their downfall is the shipping time my first order took a week and a half to be delivered I was not very happy about this so I stopped using chewy for a few months. Chewy sent an email with some really good deals so I thought I would give it another try, Low and behold the same thing happened again my order took 13 days to arrive this made me very unhappy due to it was only a few bags of treats for my pup. Most recently I broke my leg and my dog needed food she has about a good weeks worth left if not more , So I made an order against better judgment on chewy. Place the order for two bags of treats and some dog food it has been a day and her food is still in the processing stage and only one bag of her treats has shipped and will not be here for at least 10 days according to chewys tracking. I am very disappointed in this there is no way I will run the risk of my dog being hungry due to obscene shipping times , I will never be ordering from Chewy again. Petco has excellent shipping and delivery every order I have make before 5 PM comes the next day before 5 PM no extra charge . You never have to worry about your pup being hungry, They have less of a selection than chewy but I pick service and reliability over anything.

Chewy used to be a great company has steadily gone down hill, longer then normal delivery. With no notificaion or pre disclosed noticed. Placed and order for flea and tick for my dogs. I know it has to be approved . However waited 3 days before contacting chewy was told hasnt beeen picked up yet , give a couple days call chewy they say of hasnt been processed another day call chewy again sts was nt approved call vet . Call vet it was aproved on date req. So ph calls later immediaetly request supervisor get Jason who then transfers me to another supervisor , who just goes I can look into to it . Advised him he will complete currently, have had 6 days of run around . I stated Chewy used to be a good company. Now need to go to a different company.

What has happened to chewy. Been ordering for years with no problems until recently. Several people I know have had major issues with shipping and have stopped buying from chewy. I didn’t have any problems until my current order. Chewy guarantees shipping in 2-3 days on orders $49 or more so I try to order that much for free shipping even though I can get all this stuff at petsmart 5 minutes away. Ordered on Friday shipped on Saturday. Was supposed to deliver Monday but no movement at all on the tracking with ontrac. Customer service have the run around even promising it would deliver that day. One agent offered a partial refund to but the most needed item which I accepted. Only to be given a $5 refund that wouldn’t even buy the $25 supplements I needed ASAP. Tuesday ontrac shows out for delivery. Never arrives. Now it’s Wednesday and says out for delivery again. Mind you this is shipping from a chewy warehouse 30 miles away. I could’ve just driven out there and picked it up myself. Chewy you lost another customer. You can’t even deliver a package in the same damn city in 2 days

*** update 9/15. Emailed customer service and they responded in a few hours. Are refunding for the added cost of a new food purchase and are looking into the rep who provided the poor service! Thank you for the quick response chewy!*** Today’s experience with Chewy was horrible!! I have a standing order for my dogs that was shipped on 9/9, called 9/13 when not here and got great service. Was told it was coming 9/14, offered to send replacement out and was great. I chose to wait since it was only one day. Still no food as FedEx stated it would be. Called and was told oh well, if not there by the 18th call back. So I paid for food I can’t give my pets snd am completely out. Now I have to go buy more?? Was told sorry you’ll have to call back, FedEx has delays. No offer to help. No desire to give any service!!! She was horrible!!! I am ready to cancel my auto ship that I’ve had for over 3 years because of one woman!!

Normally I am quite happy with Chewy. They have the quickest delivery. But this time, not so much. I ordered a gift for my dog's birthday. FedEx said it was delivered on 9/9/2021, but it was not. I called and they changed the status of the delivery. On 9/10, they again marked it as delivered, but it was not. Chewy said they are out of the dog bones that I ordered, but they would replace the other items. Today is my dog's birthday and he's crying because he has no presents. It's a sad day for Buster.

I used to love ordering from Chewy's but ever since I changed addresses, I no longer receive my packages. FEDEX does not deliver to my address. Lost package after lost package, Chewy’s customer service have always been polite (hence 2 stars instead of 1 star) but have never addressed the issue. I find it hard to believe that a company that has been around as long as Chewy’s cannot arrange for different shipping. If you are ok with very limited shipping services that may or may not get to you, stick with Chewy’s. But if you want fast, reliable and inexpensive shipping, go with Amazon or one of the many other competitors out there. The competition leaves Chewy’s in the dust.
