Do not buy giftcards from Chewy.com I purchased four $50 giftcards to give out as gifts. They only sent three, so I had to call twice about the fourth. After the second call my account was locked. I called again and was told they couldnt unlock my account, and because of that they also couldn't return the $200 they charged me. I can't check to see if the three giftcards they did send are still valid. You must sign in to Chewy to check the balance, which I cant do.

Their customer service is terrible. Their prices are too high. My dog needs RX food, it already cost me a fortune, had auto ship and noticed we hadn't received a shipment. I go to the Chewy site and my auto ship order is BLOCKED??? When I called, they said, oh we just wanted to check your identity??? I have been dealing with them for years. DONE with Chewy.

I started out liking Chewy a lot. Their turnaround from order to receipt of order is great. Product offering is great. However, they sent me two separate promotions- with unique Promo Codes. Neither one worked when I tried to place my order. I reached out to their chat and they indicated that it was a problem on my side and did not offer a solution. The first chat ended with no response at all. There are alternatives to Chewy and I plan to start using them immediately. They have missed out on thousands of dollars on revenue over the lifetime of my pet due to this inadequate customer service response in their chat.

Chewy is normally a very good company with nice folks in customer service. They’re packing people? however must be a bunch of brain dead idiots. We spend about a thousand a month. The damage from poor packing is incredible.

I ordered Hills Biome for my sick cat. I opened the bag and it is packed in one big box with kitty litter and the Hills dry cT food is ripped and puncture and most of the dry food is mixed in the box w kitty litter. They have always screw up my orders.

I feel like Chewy plays delivery games. I received 3 emails indicating that my order was being delivered for 3 days straight. I received nothing. Today I received the same email and decided to call and confirm the delivery, and that's when I learned that my delivery was delivered to the wrong address. Heather could not tell me how did they get the wrong address (different town). She advised that I call Fed Ex and get it rectified. Really? Mind you this is my first order with Chewy. That was not my problem to fix. After, telling her that it was not my problem, she decided to re-order and send out another shipment to be delivered in 2-3 days. We'll see how that plays out. There was another customer with the same delivery issue. I believe him. I believe this is a ploy when they run out of merchandise, they play this bs delivery game.

I used to enjoy the Chewy company, but if this problem happens again I may have to find another company. My orders have been delivered to the wrong address three times this month. It happened again today. I am a little annoyed at Chewy and FedEx.I have to put out extra money to buy the cat foods need now.

I haven’t used them in a while but they had a special on my dog food and treats. They shipped everything in one box, 60 lbs in one box, FedEx left it in the rain. I have called repeatedly to tell them I’m disabled and can not have that heavy of boxes and they do it anyway. This is why I left in the first place, terrible customer service and they use FedEx.
