I had an automatic order for the Ceresco collar’s for my dogs. I ordered three and I called chewies to cancel one of the colors because my 15 year old baby had passed away. they took the one car payment off it was already shipped so just told me to pay it forward. Which I found someone in need of a collar. Best customer service ever. He even apologized for my loss which made me cry. I can’t think this company enough for the outstanding customer service. I also turn around and ordered the FURminator and vacuum accessories which I’m very excited to get. I will order all my supplies from this company because of the outstanding customer service and care that they have for their customers

Many perfectly-filled orders, then this week the box was missing a single item. A quick call to customer service and I received it the next day. Amazing (and friendly) customer service!

I can't praise this company enough. Having 3 rescues and the donations they make to help shelters is amazing. I recently lost my senior rescue and Chewy suggested I donate the food I had just purchased to a local shelter. They also refunded me AND sent me a beautiful flower arrangement for my loss. They have a forever customer with me!

Have been dealing with Chewy for years. One of my pets, 17 year old kitten called Cosmo, passed away last week. When I sent them a note and cancelled his profile, they sent me a sympathy card with a beautiful flower arrangement following. For years there have been times for needed customer service. My experience is an ideal company with ideal employees.
