Wow, I'm so impressed with their customer service!! It's very rare to find even mid range competence in customer service anymore. This company is refreshing and brought back fond memories of when companies actually cared about their consumers. To me customer service is critical and extremely important for a business to keep & grow their customer base. So grateful to have found a company who agrees. I will stay with this company as long as they continue to provide this outstanding service. Thank you Chewy for providing the service that your customers deserve and for offering great prices too. Your a great example that companies can do both!

Customer for life!! Sadly my daughters horse passed away recently. He would not eat. We later found out it was due to the cherry tree we put his water bucket under. Those tree's are highly poisonous to horses. I went to Chewy.com to stop my order. My horse feed was set to go out that day. I called and asked if they could stop the order. Nick, the guy I spoke with was so kind. I told him my horse did not eat any of the last order but we did open one bag. I asked if I could possibly return it. He gladly gave me a refund and told me I could give the feed to a local shelter or someone who may need the help for their horse. So he stopped the current order, gave me the feed to help someone else, and refunded me almost 200.00 for the feed I had purchased. That is not it. My daughter who is 12 was so sad about her horse dying she asked me to get flowers. I purchased some dollar store flowers for his grave and she thanked me but asked if we could have real flowers for him. The next day a FLOWER BOQUET showed up at our house and a note from Nick from Chewy.com saying, " We're so sorry to hear of your loss of Star, and our hearts go out to you. We know this time is tough, and we're always here if you need anything". Can you believe that? What company does that for their customer and their horse at that!! My daughter and I were delighted. They took the time to seek out a florist near me, order flowers, and have a note sent. Yeah, I'm not going any where else, ever. This is a great company. If they didn't already do a good job already with competitive prices, an easy to use website to adjust an order, good customer service, they also put a cherry on top and show they care about my pet. Good job and thank you very much Chewy (and Nick) for your generosity. It was truly a blessing to us.

We have received the best service from Chewy.com for the past 6 years. Their food and supplies were shipped promptly and customer service is outstanding. Our sweet Bree (standard poodle) passed away. I called to stop my auto ship food. I received a beautiful Bouquet of Flowers from Plisha for Bree's passing.this is the 1st time in 57 years we've received flowers when canceling a monthly service. Food was an excellant price.

My dog passed away recently. I called Chewy to cancel my monthly subscription. Chewy refunded my last shipment and told me to donate the food. As if that weren’t awesome enough, they also sent a sympathy bouquet of flowers. Wonderful company.

We just got a 2yr old horse and I bought 2 packs of dewormer. Needless to say, I only needed 1. When I went to return it, thanks he customer service woman refunded my money for the one box and then she told me to donate the other. Totally impressed! And someone picked up right away and I didn’t have to go through an automated system!

I love this company! They are well priced and easy to work with. I have two dogs that I shop for, with Chewy I just put their food and meds on autoship and don’t worry about a thing. Have not found better prices and my one return was hassle free. Thank you Chewy!

I have used chewy for everything from toys, food, furniture and prescriptions. I have never had any issues with products, and the quality is great. I do my research beforehand though. Customer service was so helpful when putting in my prescription order. The company is extremely personable and friendly. They even sent me a thank you gift of a canvas of my dog, just because. They are thoughtful, helpful and genuine.

Chewy is hands down, the most caring company when it comes to your pets and staying involved with their customers. I recently had a pet pass away, and not only did they go above and beyond to help me, Chewy(Jessica to be exact) sent me a beautiful vase of flowers just sending their love and regards. #chewylife
