An absolutely amazing company. They treat you like family. I recently lost my beloved dog suddenly and I came home to roses and a sweet letter from chewy expressing their condolences. This company is unlike any other. They so have an amazing refund and return policy. And their customer service is amazing too. The people are so kind and helpful.

We have used Chewy for 4 years to delivery quality products to our home. Fast delivery and customer service was always available when needed. I reached out recently to cancel our recurring delivery. Our last furry family member has passed over the rainbow bridge. How surprised and pleased we were to receive a gift of flowers and a note from Chewy acknowledging our loss. THANK YOU Chewy for your kindness.

Quick to ship, good quality items, fair prices. Medications were easy to obtain and cheaper than my local clinic, they contacted the vet themselves to verify the prescription and shipped it quickly.

Great customer service. I ordered dog bowls and they were to big. I was refunded my money and told to donate the bowls to someone who could use them. I ordered the bowls in the next size down and was waived the shipping cost! First time using chewy.com and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend.

My dog needed joint supplements and was allergic to the first chews....my vet thinks it was the flavoring that's put on them. So, I turned to chewy for help. They were extraordinary. The girl and 2 of her supervisors spent close to 30 minutes with me searching for a supplement without additives or flavoring. I can't say enough good things about this company. BRAVO !!!

We received our new harness and retractable leash. We saved a total $15 had we ordered somewhere else ( there were several places that had those same items pricer). Chewy's customer service is incredible. We recently ordered an item but our dog sadly passed away before we were able to use it. I emailed Chewy asking if we could return it and mentioned our dog had passed. Chewy refunded us the item and mailed us flowers along with a note regarding their condolences. We were able to donate what we had ordered from Chewy to our local shelter. I've always had great customer service with Chewy and highly recommend them.
