I placed an order with Chewy on the afternoon of 9/9/21; 10-mins later, I discovered I had forgotten to order an additional item ! I called the 1-(800) number & was assisted by a delightful woman named "HANNAH"; she was able to order me the additional item w/o my getting charged a separate shipping fee. "HANNAH" is a great asset to your company. GREAT EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND !!

Chewy has the BEST customer service of ANY company I have ever experienced. I had placed an order for my precious Heidi who had been having some orthopedic problems. Before the order arrived, we had another checkup in which we found she had an additional aggressive cancer. I was devastated and in shock. I called and spoke to a very nice young lady and lost it crying when I tried to explain the reason for cancelling my order. Not only did they refund my $ but asked me to donate my products to my local shelter. I lost my love of my life yesterday & received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Emily at Chewy today. I was extremely touched. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for your kindness. People like you help to restore my faith in humanity. ❤️🐕 💐

Our 13 year old dog died three days ago and I had recently placed my Chewy order. When I called to cancel, the rep told me they may not be able to stop the shipment and to donate the purchase to an animal shelter, which we did. Chewy.com gave me a total refund - and today I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers with a sweet note of sympathy. Yes, we may have had a delayed shipment or damaged product in the past, but Chewy.com made it right every time with fast and courteous service. The flowers were unexpected and very much appreciated. This company knows how to provide excellent customer care.

We had been using Chewy for our dog's medicine and food for over a year. We never had a problem with any order and when the medicine was backordered they did everything to help. Recently we lost our beloved dog. When I called Chewy to cancel our autoship, they were extremely compassionate and kind. Two days later, we received flowers expressing their sympathy. This was amazing. That a company could make their customers feel individual and not just "another order", was far beyond anything I have ever experienced. We may not ever get another pet, but if we did, we would gladly return to Chewy as a loyal customer.

I highly recommend Chewy. I have ordered from them for several years and have had perfect service, both in correctness of the order and quick delivery. I, also, like that one can speak directly to a human being when one has a question.

I ordered a aqueon betta falls fish tank from chewy. One of the falls is leaking all over. I called chewy to ask how to return it and the women was very nice. She said keep it and she will issue a full refund. I was very happy with the customer service. I will order from them again.
