Bad customer service! First order, took a product out of my cart, while i was placing order. Representative, not helpfull, confusing and ended up cancelling order.👎

This is the second time I have ordered from Chewy and not gotten all my order. Email said was to be delivered by the end of the day. Talked to 3 different people. Two said it should be delivered by the end of the day. Third person could have cared less. This was stuff I really needed and I don’t live in town. Everything was ordered the same day. Why only half my order. Kept trying to explain to the person if I would have known I would have made the trip into town but since two people told me it would be here.i did not go. It was not a small order. This is the second time this has happened. Was told to order on Thursday because they don’t ship on Sunday or Monday.the person could have cared less about my dilemma.

I was a HUGE fan and regular customer until Lasership became the shipper of Chewy products. Lasership is totally incompetent. I had biweekly orders with Chewy which were automatically shipped. I did not receive 12 of those orders in 2018 ALONE. It is June. Do the math. Shame on Chewy for not dropping Lasership. Clearly they no longer care about customer satisfaction by keeping this shipper so I have finally left them behind. I have discovered that many customers have dropped Chewy for the same reason.

I don't have a pet, yet. I searched for pet-sellers near my area 2 weeks ago on google. Today morning, I received a mail advertisement from chewy.com to purchase their food for my pet dog. With my full name and my home address. My google searches are being monitored and sold to companies such as chewy. I can't do much about google, but I swear to never purchase anything from chewy.com and such companies that buy and misuse consumer tracking data.

Horrible customer service. Sent the wrong item to my house ($126 worth of prescription dog food) wouldn’t send right item without charging my card again. Wouldn’t refund...wanted me to drag 60 lbs of dog food to fed ex store. Finally agreed to pick up at my house. Supervisor Christina was rude. Wanted me to leave packages on front porch for days while I’m on vacation....suggested I live in “a high crime neighborhood”

very poor customer service I was trying to place an order and it took a long time. Website was horrible. Customer service representative finally after an hour admitted that website is under maintenance; there was no warning or message posted by the company!

Really enjoyed ordering here at first, had our dog's food set up for autoship every 4 weeks. Everything went smoothly until this month when I noticed there was a billing issue on my account. Lo and behold, I had FOUR pre-auth's in my bank account from Chewy's which unnecessarily tied up hundreds of $$. When I called customer service, all she could tell me was that they only saw 2 pre auth's on their end. Well that's funny, because I'm looking at my account right now and if you had not just tied up the money with 4 pre-authorizations then the funds would have been there! Now I must wait 1-5 business days for those charges to drop off. Immediately canceled my future auto ships, will not be continuing with them. I'd rather pay the extra $$ from Amazon.

I placed an order for $232.00 and change. A couple of days later my bank account was short almost $200.00. There was a debit for $180.00 from chewy.com. I did not place 2 orders so I called chewy.com and was told that they put a hold on my account for the total and then deduct the order as it ships and the hold will be put back after 2 to 5 business days. So if your going to buy here be ready to have double the funds held for up to 5 business days. They list my business as I have been purchasing here for 2 years and this is new.
