They increased the cost of items on my autoship without a price change notification. More than a 30 dollar difference. I have discontinued my service with them and have gone back to picking food up at my local petsmart.

I have never ordered from chewy but have looked over their prices. Anyone who orders from them is not getting a better deal. If you are a healthy individual and can go carry and pick up your own dog food why would you allow yourself to be ripped off. Most of the brands like bill jac, and diamond and some others I buy at local feed stores for so cheap. Do not waist your money with chewy.

Paid for a large order with a debit card. They decided to split the order into two shipments, then tried to tell me it was normal that doing this resulted in charging me double for my order. Promised the second charge would fall off in 24 hours, instead it was nearly a week, during which time I had no access to those funds they "captured." This is complete bull. If you use this site, break your orders up yourself, and always use a credit or prepaid card with the exact amount so they can't screw with your checking acct. Horrible CS, will never use them again.

chewy.com which is a company that employees over 7,000 does not ship on Sundays and Mondays. While I understand not shipping on Sundays, I find it inexcusable they do not ship on Mondays. So if you place an order Friday evening, Saturday, Sunday or Monday, your order will not go out until Tuesday morning. For a company that size, that is ridiculous, especially if you order under their minimum and are paying for shipping. On top of it, it is not listed in their shipping FAQ's that they don't ship on Sundays and Mondays. I find that very dishonest.

So I place an order and I supposed to have order deliver to me on Saturday well fedex wasn't able to deliver. Then customer service from chewy they told me they will refund .u money and I will still get my order on fallowing Tuesday so today is Tuesday FedEx ddint deliver my package so I call chewy again and I ask for answers about what was going on they say the package will be deliver Wednesday. I'm having a very bad experience with chewy I thought was a serious company but I just believe chewy and fedex are a very irresponsible companies.they dont care about customers I believe after they told me they will refund my money they will just didn't care if I receive or not my order that is not right if there is a problem with an order it doesn't matter if it is $10 or $5000 order they supposed to follow up till customer get their order and if FedEx is the problem hey there is more carriers to chose from.

first order was wrong, tbey charged correctly just only shipped half the order. when i called to check the service rep said it was a 2 part order and the second part would arrive the same day. she could not provide a tracking number for some reason. well it never came so after a second call i was informed it had never shipped, an error on their part. when i asked why i was told it was a 2 part order the rep was very rude and asked if i wanted it shipped or not. since i was charged for it of course i did. cancelled my auto ship right after that. still havent got my second bag.

My family has always raved about how great chewy is and especially their customer service. Since I am finally getting my first dog I decided I would give it a go and order everything from chewy, plus they had an amazing deal of 40% off if you sign up for auto ship so I thought this is great and did it. A couple of days later I get an email saying my order has been cancelled because I have already used the promotion before, even though I created my account right before I went through with my order! So I call customer service and they were no help at all and said there was nothing they could do. At this point I would rather just spend my money supporting a local shop then give it to this company.
