Found this site online and the pricing was much cheaper than our local store, plus shipping was free!

The process of ordering was simple and delivery was quick. Just as expected, nothing more, nothing less.

My food came on time and I will make sure my owners always use chewy.com!!!!

I received a phone call saying that my order was out of stock and would be sent later.. I spoke on line with a rep. who checked and said it would be in in 2 weeks. I needed the food sooner so I was thinking of cancelling order. Lo and behold I get a notice saying that my order was shipped and I would receive in a few days. All in all it only took 3 days from ordering to delivery. Why the conflict? I am pleased that I rec'd in a few days but I could have cancelled order and I would have been out and so would Chewy. Other then that I am very pleased with Chewy.

my first order and it did arrive quickly. My only negative was that shipping was free at $49 and I spent $42, so I wish free shipping started at $40!

The order was filled with accurate description of product. We thought that the pricing was not quite as economical as suggested however, if you have to drive very far to buy the pet food you require, or are inconvenienced by having to take time to go to the pet food store; it may be a value. Shipping was free but price was higher than our local Petsmart.

Great Prices & Great Service, which means that I will certainly be dealing with this Chewy.com again, in fact I have arranged for monthly shipping for future orders. The delivery was unexpectantly faster than I realized. The prices and the discounts and free shipping is excellent and certainly convenient to me due to my inability to drive any more. I had considered ordering dog food from online sites previously, but went ahead on this because of a 15% discount plus free shipping that was a very good deal. Chewy.com advertises shipping in 2 days to most parts of the country. When i called after the 3rd day, i was told that this applied mostly to the east coast and my state(Iowa) would be 4 days. I suggested they have a US chart that shows the approximate days for different regions.The rep was great and offered me a very generous refund that i rec'd 2 days later. On the 4th day my order arrived on the front step and i found it approx an hour later according to the fedex tracking info. Two boxes were there but the third one was missing. I looked on the tracking info online and it said all 3 boxes were delivered at the same time. I immediately called chewy.com and they once again handled the matter by reordering the bag of dog food i didn't receive. I will order from them again as they go above and beyond with customer service and it is really hard to find that with companies these days. Thank you chewy.com for caring about your customers.
