Pretty good prices, but not sure what they mean by fast shipping. Placed my order on Wednesday evening and it wasn't even shipped until Friday afternoon. UPS says it's not scheduled to be delivered until Wednesday. I signed up for auto ship, but if this is a sign of how slow they are I may cancel, just so I don't have to worry about it. I was ordering from another .com company who's delivery was 1-2 days. I switched to Chewy's because the prices were a bit better.

my order arrived right away, the products were reasonably priced. however, they spelled my name wrong and sent a thank you card to the shipping address rather than myself, the person who ordered, which isn't too smart.

I was very happy with how quickly the food I ordered shipped but when it arrived, the expiration date had already passed by 3 weeks.

They have a lot of choices, but they don't have everything. I did find Racheal Ray stuff that I didn't find in stores. But that's about it. And they claim their prices are better than stores and they really aren't.

I would give five stars, but the constant changing of the shipping date estimates was incredibly frustrating. I'd rather be told from the get-go that it will take more time to ship than to be strung along for longer and longer delays.

Very happy with the selection and speed of service. I was surprised the cost (even with the free shipping) was higher than what I could buy the same product at my local pet store.
