I ordered from Chewy for years,spending lots of money for my sweet 16 year old schnauzer, Heidi. I lost her recently and I talked to 3 different reps and each expressed their sympathy, one said they would send flowers,the other said they would do something, I also chatted online and all of this was for nothing! They lied, because I got absolutely nothing! It was hurtful, if only they had acknowledged her death with a beautiful sympathy card! My vet's office was shocked when I told them, they all received flowers when their pet died. If you do for one, you should do for all. I will not order from them anymore. I just thought Chewy cared!

Ordered live crickets..after a week I checked to see and it said it had shipped and that I should have received it..representative said I should just wait 10 more days. I waited 4 more days and saw no change in status..different representative told me the shipment was lost. They did not inform me or refund money..they say it's not on them to inform or offer a refund..I have to ask. Stay away from this company

DO NOT ORDER FROM CHEWY! We though we give it a try and ordered our dog food through them. The shipping was fast however 2 times we received stale food. The first time we called and spent time to explain what happened and they made us ship the food back so they can figure out why that was happening. I wasted time talking with customer service, driving to the fedex office repackaging everything and shipping it back. We thought it was probably a one time occurrence. Then we ordered again and one of the bags was stale again. I called Chewy and asked for refund on that bag and told them I don't want to deal with shipping and packaging again to please refund me for the stale bag. They refused and said I have to ship it back. It's such a waste of time to be dealing with the same issue over and over again. They never offered any discount or any perk for wasting my time due to them selling stale food. I will never order from them again! The food they are selling in not fresh and can poison our sweet pets.

Funny how Chewy's site gives themselves such high reviews, only 1% of the people have a problem with them... according to them. I used Chewy for years under two accounts from our household. Then orders would be messed up, auto orders sent multiple times when cancelled. So we stopped using them. I forgot why I stopped using them until today. About 3 weeks ago, I received a come back coupon for $20 off. I had seen an add fro a specific item and decided to order 1, knowing I would need at least 3 more. Placed the order, received the confirmation for all items, the tracking confirmation. Day of arrival, I am missing the item I wanted. I could buy the rest of the stuff at Walmart, cheaper. I contacted Chat. I explain what I see on my end and she ensures me that my item has shipped, it is on the way. 5 days go by and I decide to check. I follow the links and Fedex still says that they have received the shipping info but not the item. So I contact again. Yes, we shipped your item to Fedex, they probably lost it. I can give you a refund or ship you a new one. I ask for a replacement. Oh, I am sorry, your item is out of stock (I am assuming the are no longer selling it). I'll refund your money. So now I've wasted about 3 weeks for an item that Chewy said was in stock, that they shipped, that didn't ship but it was shipped to only find out that it got "lost" and they don't have any more. On top of that, I now have to wait 7 days for a refund. Won't supply a new coupon code to buy a different one. Oh, I guess this is why I stopped shopping with Chewy. Now I remember, the right hand doesn't know what that it has a left to even see what it is doing.

As far the Chewy products there have been no issues, HOWEVER, delivery is a nightmare. This is the second time my order has been left at the top of my driveway, in clear view for anyone to steal, in rain or snow. My driveway is right there always clear even of snow and ready to be used. After the first time this happened, Chewy added to my address to deliver to lower level door. There is plenty of room for FedEx, etc truck to turn around, no other delivery truck has issues. I order from chewy so product is delivered to my door since we are older with physical limitations. One more time and I’m done, I also order for a local rescue I support

Latest example, my dog needed to change his antibiotics. Delivery was scheduled/promised for 2 days later, via FedEx. However, Chewys allows FedEx to subcontract delivery to Ontrack, which is extremely unreliable. If you need meds on time, and don’t want them sitting in a hot car or truck for days before Ontrack decides to deliver it, use a different service or get the meds through a pharmacy chain or your vet. The savings at Chewys are not worth it if you are going to get spoiled /ineffective medication that has been “out for delivery” on a hot truck or car for days.

I will not shop here again until they drop OnTrac as a delivery carrier. The most useless delivery carrier in existence. What's the point when the packages NEVER show up to the right address? Just look at their reviews... it isn't just me

Chewy warehouse lied about received returns, and refused to refund. It happened to 3 of the 4 returned packages. Do NOT buy anything from Chewy. They LIE.
