I couldn’t speak more highly of Chewy!! I ordered my cat’s prescription food from here and it was such an easy process to have her vet prescription sent in order to go through with the purchase. After some devastating news of our cat passing, I spoke with a lady on the phone who was just the absolute sweetest. She refunded our order of cat food and even spoke to me for a few minutes reassuring me that my 17 year old cat had a great life with me (just exactly what I needed). Not even 2 days after that phone call, we received bereavement roses in the mail, which actually made me cry a little. This company go above and beyond the call of duty for their customers and I just couldn’t speak more highly of them. Also a big thank you to the lady on the phone for being such a sweet soul. I’ll be recommending Chewy to everyone!

Amazing customer service, fast shipping and a great selection of items. I recently purchased some toys from chewy that my guinea pigs had no interest in and they refunded my entire order and waived the shipping cost on my next order! Plus, shipping is extremely fast. I usually receive my items the day after placing my order which is really nice.

I've been using Chewy now for about 4 years. I buy dog food through them and get savings with medicines. I've always been impressed with their service, but I'm now very appreciative as well. I was referred to a specialty vet's office and was trying to get a prescription their doctor wrote filled. (Not my usual vet's office.) The vet's office seemed annoyed I wasn't ordering the medicine from them, but I would've had to wait for them to order it as well so I decided to get it through Chewy. The vets office wasted 5 days on getting an approval done with Chewy. In the meantime my dog is dealing with a very uncomfortable and painful condition. Chewy eliminated further time wasted by requesting a rush on her medicine. It was on my doorstep in well under 48 hours. I credit Chewy with a sincere humane concern for my pet's comfort. When I called Chevy to thank them, they asked right away how my dog was doing. The vet's office seemed much less concerned about her and never asked once for an update about my pet during 4 different phone calls. Chewy is a classy and caring company. I not only have never had a bad experience with them, I also appreciate their caring well-trained staff and and how they go beyond for my pet.

I ordered some items for our Jasper and had to cancel 2 days later as our beloved Jasper had passed. I called Chewy and spoke to Scott, who not only canceled the remainder of the order, but refunded for items already received. Two days later my family and I were surprised to receive a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a heartfelt sympathy note from Scott and Chewy. So wonderful to have a company that cares about their customers, especially in their time of grief.

Very much appreciate Chewy! We had food for our precious Phoebe on auto ship for each month. I called to let them know that she had passed away. Megan was very helpful in cancelling our order. A week after, we received roses and a card letting us know how sorry they were!

I had ordered prescription dog food for my DJ and there was an issue with the address because chewy no longer delivers pkgs to USPS addresses. I spoke with Bryanna on the phone and she not only was able to cancel original pkg but reschedule a new order to come to where i am at as i move from campground to campground. She also told me that she would personally follow up on the order and keep me informed! I have had excellent customer service at other places but Bryanna by far is going above and beyond! Thank you Bryanna!!!

We love our 2 dogs and cat and we want the best for them. So we regularly buy from Chewy.com. It has been two years or more. They were especially responsive during Covid, when we could not go to our regular pet store. They delivered all of our pet food. We are very happy for the good service and totally appreciate their effort to always be on time.
