The pharmacy is terrible. I have been waiting two weeks for my dogs heart meds and I still don't have them. My vet has written them a letter and called them. Customer service keeps promising me they'll be expedited to me but still no meds. There doesn't seem to be any communication between their costumer service and pharmacy.

I recently reach out to chewy because I lost my employment of 19 yrs with a major insurance firm die to company layoffs and my unemployment benefits ran out lucky I found a great job and start next week but I only have enough cash to get gas for the next 2 weeks but I am.slowy running out of food for 3 babies and I called chewy to see if they would be gracious enough to send me 1 bag of dog food to get me by and the customer service rep was so wonderful and she really felt for my situation and said she would speak to someone to see what they could do. Now I have exhausted all my other options and have noone to fall back on and I recieved an email today from another customer service rep who in a nutshell refused to help me and told me to feed my babies human food which I have never done because of their digestive issued. I have lost all faith in chewy as they truly only care about the mkneybyhey make not helping.a single mom just trying to keep her babies feed until her paycheck. I just want to cry at this point

I placed an order for 2 bags of rat food. Almost 2 weeks go by and still don't have my order. So I emailed them, they responded saying I should receive my order the next day. So I do receive my order after almost 2 weeks, I open the box to find 1 bag of rat food and 1 bag of Guinea pig food. So I emailed them bck again, he says that they would refund me $7 and some charges and send me out a new bag of food. It's now a month later and still have more recieved my other bag of food. Come to think about it I should check my account because I don't believe I received my refund either.

Not a man of his word.. So.. I don't know if this has happened to anybody else but recently, I think, chewy changed its return policy(?) I've been a chewy member for about a year now. Previously, when my dog was not fully satisfied with the product I ordered, we used to ask the customer service for a return. Then, the customer service would offer a generous return policy by giving back the money on the spot and asking me to donate to a local animal shelter. That way, it was convenient for me since I would get the money back right away and I would donate the product at my leisure. Recently, however, the customer service asks to ship the product back. Once they get the product, they would give my money back. I understand that this should be the right (?) way to do returns but this is very annoying because its already been three weeks since I sent the packages back and yet I'm not getting my money back. Plus, it was great to donate to the animals near me.

I placed my first order with Chewy and noticed I had been charged twice for the order. I spoke with a Chewy Rep who told me that this is done for orders - one charge to place the order - and the second duplicate charge is a pending charge that is refunded after 1-2 days. I find this practice to be unethical - stealing really. Holding our money in their account for those days unnecessarily (Amazon doesn't do this for my orders for example) to do what they want with it (earning interest that I should be earning) is wrong. That was my first and last order.

i like to shop as a guest. can't do that with chewy. They let me in to put stuff in the cart but will not let me buy w/o an account. Can't even get in to cancel the stuff in the cart. Then they send me an e-mail for a review, but YA HAVE TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT EVEN TO GET IN FOR A REVIEW. Tanks, but i can find the stuff elsewhere.

Chewy customer service is nice. However be aware the company puts a hold on your money when you place the order. Then when your order ships it takes money put again. The hold takes days to release. I believe this must be illegal!

I'm a huge Chewy fan and I've been a customer for years. They have great prices and customer service but unfortunately the 2 delivery companies that they use can't seem to be successful in delivering the product to my address. They even claim to have delivered to my front door. I live in a fairly large U shaped complex. Ground level. Front door is 8 feet from the street. My unit number is 1 foot tall and I've been home. I see the trucks all the time. Chewy has tried to resolve the problem but it happened again today. I'm disabled and in a wheelchair with no transportation. FREE DELIVERY ISN'T RELEVANT if you don't get the delivery. GOOD BYE CHEWY.
