It's easy to give a shout out to chewy.com. If they're not your favorite pet supply company they should be. Time after time, even when I make a mistake and order the wrong thing and let them know, they tell me to donate the wrong item and they'll send out the item I meant to order! Just incredible customer service. So today our frozen dog food order arrived without the dry ice to keep it cold, I let him know and this was their response. Keep in mind I let them know this morning and the replacement order was shipped out immediately after, and already arrived. ❤️ 09/27/2021 04:24 PM Hi there Marjie, Thanks for pawing in! I rescued a 14 year old dog named Abbie Sept 2020, and she passed 8 months later, in May 2021. Her kidneys and liver just went. I contacted Chewy as I was getting ads for Abbie. I called and told them of Abbie's passing, and the customer service rep (Kita from the US) said she was sorry. I have another dog now, and I placed an order for some food. It came a day late, but I have never been like others and wait until the last minute. I always order 1-2 weeks in advance. Do you let your frige go empty? You let it get low, but not empty, and I do the samething with dog food and meds. Today I received a delivery of flowers. It's not my birthday, nor anything. It was from Kita from Chewy, saying they were sorry to hear of my loss with Abbie. I know what you are thinking, good business. You bet it is making themselves human instead of just a web site. I've read complaints about delivery, people answering the phone not from the US, etc. Well considering what kind of country we have, we all sound different. And the products, I really like the dog shirts a whole bunch better than Amazon, and I am a Prime member. I find the quality on Chewy better especially the Frisco brand. Amazon I found the material so very thin, not soft, and cheap as can be. You don't have to like Chewy, or even use Chewy, but I am and will for the little rescue I just got this week. I already ordered her food and some clothing. She will be a Chewy girl from now on.

I order from Chewy multiple times per month. I recently wrote a review on raised bowls I purchased, and just found out they refunded me for all 3 bowls because of my review. I didn't even contact them directly! They had sent me an email and I had missed it until now. If I ever have a delay in shipping, they are quick to resend the order out so it hopefully takes another delivery route and gets to me timely. I never complain when my cats don't like their food, but I have heard several others say Chewy always refunds them. Excellent, honest company to do business with.

Excellent customer service, in fact the best I’ve experience in all my life. It was my first time ordering supplies for my fur babies and some of canned food was damaged. I emailed Chewy, and their response was not only immediate, but efficient. They quickly acknowledged, assessed, recognized, and resolve the issue. Happy pets, happy owners 🤗

After the loss of our boxer Autumn my wife contacted them to ask we be removed from the e mail list due to it was so hard. During our past years dealing with them we have always been impressed with how easy it has been to order and receive items for Autumn but our final delivery of flowers sent by them shows they truly understand pets are part of a family. Thank you customer service team.
