Chewy has helped us keep our old dog for 13 years. We had to say goodbye last week. Today, I received a small bouquet of flowers from them. That really touched my heart. Thank you so much. I really can't recommend this site enough. Their customer service is FANTASTIC. I've called them on 3 separate occasions and each time they were AMAZING. 1. I suspected a bag of food I got was bad. (Not on Chewy, bag looked fine). Chewy didn't question other possibilities and just sent me a new one. 2. My cat didn't like her new bed even after 2 weeks. I'd tossed the box. They refunded the money and simply asked I donate the bed instead of trying to ship it back. Even offered free shipping on a replacement. 3. There was a delivery delay and my food didn't arrive as scheduled before my old ran out. They credited me some money back to buy something to hold her over until the box arrived. That sort of customer service is why, whenever I need something for my furbabies, I always check there first and why recommend it to all my friends and coworkers.

Wanted everyone to know just how wonderful Chewy is!! My friend recently lost her German Shepherd. Chewy told her to just donate the unopened bag of dog food but besides that....SENT HER A CONDOLENCE CARD AND 1 DOZEN WHITE ROSES!!!!!!!!! I order from Chewy too and they are great!!!!!

Lola LOVES the temptation treats so much. When she gets stuck under the bed it's what motivates her to get out!! I even made a YouTube video for her "Miss Lola stuck under the bed" :-) Love chewy too, saves me the hassle of going to the store.

I’ve been using Chewy for my dog Charlie’s food and treats for at least 10 years, Chewy always made my job easy feeding my Charlie at prices that were cheaper than the store, and a great selection too. To show you how caring Chewy is about your pet family member 4 days ago my Charlie died at 14 years old it’s been really hard crying and the big daily void in my life. Chewy had sent a vase full of white roses. I’m so very thankful to you Mickia and the whole Chewy Company for helping my son and myself through this heartbreaking 💔 time in our life . Ordered a Kong pillow after our dog had surgery and wouldn’t tolerate the cone. As it turned out, he didn’t try to lick his sutures. Didn’t open Chewy package. Called to ask how to return. Was given a refund AND told DON’T SEND BACK-DONATE TO A SHELTER OR VET OFFICE. Who does that? I will and am forever a Chewy customer.

Chewy is an awesome company! Whenever I’ve had to contact Customer Service they seem to go above and beyond. With my dogs recent passing I contacted them to see if I could return a couple cases of dog food I had just purchased for him. I told the woman on the phone why and she gave me a full refund and told me to donate the food in his name. At the end of our call she also said if I need to talk to give them a call back and they were there for me. A couple days later I received a lovely flower bouquet from them. I recommend Chewy all the time and stand by that recommendation.

Ive been ordering from chewy for 6 yrs and they are the best,! I recently received my case of 24 and i noticed 1 can was indented at the top. I opened it and it was covered in mold. I checked all the rest werent. I called chewy told them and expected just 1 new can replaced but they sent an entire case of 24 thanks chewy! Thats prescription dog food and im retired on a budget so thats like finding $94!!! Gotta love em!
