Did you know Monday is not a business day?? I placed an order on Saturday, April 20.. chewy advertises they ship in 1-2 business days - so I thought I would have it by Tuesday, April 23. I did not receive it and called Chewy - they said that MONDAYS ARE NOT CONSIDERED BUSINESS DAYS FOR THEM AND THIER SHIPPER......Where does it say that on their website??? So now I am having to go out at 8 pm on Tuesday to get dog and cat food - I could have gotten this over the weekend if they just would have said on the website don't count Mondays as a business day like the rest of the world does....

I have called and emailed to cancel the Frontaline Plus for my dog and it has never gotten canceled. I said that my Dog is allergic to what ever it is and they still took money out of my bank account and sent it . So I DO NOT WANT the yearly order.

I last week purchased a dog house and a few other items from them. All the items were suppose to ship in 1-2 business day. All of the other items came in on Saturday, two days after I placed the order. The dog house according to the tracking left the warehouse the same time as the other items but it won’t be here until the 10th. So, I emailed them and they told me there shipping policy, about orders after three don’t ship out until the following day, fed-ex doesn’t ship Sunday or Monday, and that because I’m so far it will take and extra day? The other package left same time and traveled same distance. It got here on time. So I emailed them my response about what I felt like didn’t make sense and they told me: They understand that I’m just being impatient because I want what’s best for my pet baby. They are here for me and my pets and all our needs. They hope I have a great day. I could have gotten this off of amazon and it would for sure have been delivered on Saturday. We just wanted to deal with a company that deals with just pet products Incase it was damaged and make sure it was a good quality. Never again!

I ordered my 3rd order for about $160 from chewy/com when it arrived I picked the big box up I noticed it did not weigh much since I was suppose to have a 24 pound of blue buffalo dog food. I opened box and sure thing the other items was there and no dog food even though carton content label says it was. Called 800 number and the rep says i ship you a replacement bag that you will not have to pay for which is stupid to say since I already paid for it. I told him the only reason I moved my auto ship date up was I needed the dog food which I do not have. He says it should be there Wednesday and then asks is there anything else he could do. I said yeah see what you can do to get the food here quicker since it is Saturday. His response was to giggle/laugh about it. Never once did he apologize. So I said BYE. Then I look at tracking notice that FedEx had sent me weight on it said 10.5 pounds, I looked at shipping label that Chewy crew put on box and it said it actual weight 32 pounds. So my thoughts is Chewy is NOT the place for Pet Lovers to shop!!!!!

Received a box from Chewy.com as a donation for my son’s animal shelter project. I brought the box in the house and my 3 kids and I excitedly opened it to see what was inside. The box was sealed. When we opened it and started to pull out the dog bed, a huge rat jumped out of the box. We screamed and ran away in terror. After we calmed down, we searched the box for any holes and did not find any. The box was fully intact. The dog food and bone bag inside had holes in them with food and bones all over the bottom of the box. There were rat feces in the box. We immediately contact Chewy.com and they apologized and said they would cover any cost incurred from traps and an exterminator. We proceeded to set traps thinking we had only one rat in our house. To our surprise, we have caught 4 rats. THERE WERE 4 RATS IN MY CHEWY.COM BOX. One rat bit through my water hose on my fridge which caused a major floor that damaged my basement ceiling. Not knowing how many rats were in the box and if any were pregnant, which could cause a major infestation, we decided it was necessary to call an exterminator. Chewy.com had initially said they would cover all costs. After getting an estimate and submitting it, chewy.com is now refusing to pay and totally refusing to take responsibility. I am so thoroughly disappointed and appalled at Chewy.com. My family has been living in absolute fear and potentially could be exposed to serious diseases from the rodents that chewy.com shipped to me and they can’t even take responsibility. I never thought in a million years that collecting animal supplies with my son would turn into such a nightmare. Chewy.com should be disgusted and ashamed of themselves!!!

I was basically double-charged until my complete order was shipped; two days out and they have over $150 from me. I won't be using them again.

Many of us see that Chewys.com drugged the little Golden Retriever puppy in your television commercial. I will never purchase your products. Shame on you. This is not acceptable and will share this with others.

I had Chewy about 2 years ago. I canceled my account because shipping was a train wreck. About 6 months ago I reactivated my account because I was tired of driving 4 hours to get dog food. I order my dogs food once a month. After my break I thaught I'll try Chewy one more time to save money traveling for my dog food. Keep in mind free one- two day shipping. I order my things about 2 weeks in advance because I know how they can be. Placing your order they can hold it for 48hours before sending anything to FedEx! Every order before and recently I have had to call and see where my dog food was as it is 7-10 days for me to get my dog food. The 7-10 days is after they get my order to FedEx if you include the time it takes them to get my order to FedEx it's about 3-4 days! When I call they just say we will put in a complaint with FedEx and nothing gets done. I have gotten open containers, missing things, discolored dog food, etc. The list continues and NOTHING from them! Just we apologize or I'm sorry to hear. I am so disappointed with Chewy! I am canceling my membership for good this time and when I told the last rep that she said okay, I'm sorry bye. I didn't nor have I ever asked for a dime of my money back just to make things right, I said I'll send the open, discolored items back and you send me good but, no nothing just sorry.
