I did not have problems with my orders and deliveries were timely. I let them know my pet had died recently and they were very kind, sent me flowers with words of condolences. Highly recommend them.

Omgosh! Chewy is so unbelievably awesome! Was supposed to get my order on a Wednesday, got it Monday, which was just so great! Not the first time this has happned! My pets recognize the box, which is so funny. Customer service is top notch! This company "gets it"! Please order from chewy...🙂

I love Chewy.com - they have the details on their websites for all the products I'm interested in, have a great variety of products, and their service and fast delivery are unprecedented among all the companies I do business with. If I ever need to change an Autoship or move a date, they've always been more than accommodating and are respectful and cheerful in their service. 5 Stars to Chewy!!!!!

Quick ship. Easy to talk to. Our cats eat a special prescription formula, they went above and beyond to help with filling that order. The other day I called to have our dog taken off the profile. So kind. Today a bouquet of flowers and a nice card sent to us. You have a customer for life now. Too bad other corps cant learn customer service from you.

I have used Chewy both regularly and sporadically over the last 11 years. Their customer service is beyond exceptional. Any time I have ever had an issue, they corrected it immediately and have always been more than fair about compensating me for any issues. This is my go-to supplier whenever I need anything dog-related. Updated: 1/21/23 Two years after my original review and I still have nothing but wonderful things to say about the customer service at this company. A few months back, I ordered a bunch of expensive toys that were supposed to be "tough." Well, less than an hour out of the box, they were destroyed. No questions asked they gave me a refund. Yesterday a bag of dog food had a slice in it, and they're sending another. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!
