I have personally had nothing but 5 star experiences with Chewy. Their prices are great, shipping is super fast, and the customer service has been 100% awesome. I had one little issue with getting my dogs prescription over to them from the vet but they resolved it and followed up when most companies wouldn't have, just to make sure everything was good. Very impressed!

Chewy is a great company. We had to put our sweet dog, Bear, down a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, it was very sudden and we thought out buddy was supposed to be with us for a while longer. That was not in the cards though. We had just ordered a brand new bottle of pills for Bear and it was incredibly depressing to look at them. I wanted to send them back so some pup could use them and not waste them by just tossing them out (also, I never know how we are supposed to dispose of medications??). Chewy not only accepted them but gave us a full refund when I told them the story. They also sent us flowers, which was such a remarkably kind gesture from a massive company. This is how a company should be.

I love ordering from Chewy! Their employees are very considerate. They always reach out if an inconvenience happens. I have never had a better experience with any other company. Despite the Pandemic, they still do their very best!

I have been a customer of Chewy for a while now. I have honestly had NOTHING but a wonderful experience with this company so far. The shipping is fast. No one wants to wait for things their pet needs and Chewy understands that perfectly! I have never been so impressed with any company or service before. There are people behind the scenes that genuinely care about our pets. I received a very sweet hand painted canvas of my 17 year old cat today. She is very dear to me and to have a painting of her made me very emotional and appreciative. She won't be with me forever, and now I have something wonderful to remember her by. What a wonderful personal gesture. Other companies should take notes from Chewy! Thank you guys so very much, you have my business and that of anyone I can tell my story to.

Our rat furbaby passed away last year and Chewy.com had a sympathy card and flowers delivered, they were very beautiful! This year, my Mommy's Chihuahua furbaby passed away and they sent her a sympathy card and a beautiful bouquet. They are always prompt with delivery, have great products and stand behind what they send. They care very deeply about their customers and all furbabies! They are an absolutely wonderful company and our entire family, highly recommends them for almost all of your furbaby's needs, no matter what kind of furbaby you have in the family 🥰❤😻

Chewy.com just sent me flowers because my pet passed away! This is one classy company. They also refunded me on her unopened perscriptions. WOW! very sincere.....

I bought a doggie staircase from Chewy to help get my dog on my bed. But my dog couldn't figure it out and he didn't use it. I contacted Chewy to get the address for my return, expecting the usual hassle of shipping it back. Instead, Chewy credited my credit card account immediately and emailed me to give the staircase to a dog in need! Now I will buy all my doggie supplies from Chewy.

My family and I just lost our beloved Yorkie to illness and Chewy made sure we felt that our Nikko mattered and that he was loved not only by us but Chewy too. They offered condolences by email and sent a bouquet of beautiful flowers. I can't thank Chewy enough for all their kind words and thoughtfulness as me and my family go through this difficult time. As for the service we have received from Chewy it was always great and packages always arrived the next day or soon after, even during a pandemic.
