Just called Chewy.com customer service about an order. They are available 24/7 and are so nice! I literally called the number and someone (a human) answered on the third ring or so. It was a really great experience. Been a customer for a few months and really liking it so far!

I placed an order on a Monday, 8 days before we were to leave on a trip from Florida to North Carolina with our two pups. The order was for clothing to keep them warm in the cool weather. Generally I receive notice the day after that the package has shipped I did not see anything by Wednesday so I called customer service and the person I spoke to went into action and reordered the items and they arrived within 2 days. The pups are grateful for customer service going above and beyond to ensure we had our order before we left. Thank you

We have been using Chewy for a few years to get our dog food. Their customer service is top notch. Absolutely awesome. They go above and beyond to fix problems - even when the problem isn’t their fault. I love that they send birthday cards to my dogs, and I love that they actually seem to care. Chewy rocks!

Chewy has been a trustworthy, reliable, addition to satisfying our German Shepherd’s needs for over 8 years. Recently we received an auto shipment for over $100. Sadly we had to put our beloved pet down due to cancer. Chewy was kind enough to refund our money. They suggested that we donate the food to a shelter. This was thoughtful and appreciated at this time. The next day there was a flower delivered from Chewy at my doorstep. Their kindness is very much appreciated.

I've been using chewy for a few months for our two cats and have been satisfied with the products we've received. What pushed them up to more than 5 stars recently is their customer service. Our 9 year old kitty has been ill for the last few months and has stopped eating. We had stocked up on food for him that he used to eat, but had two unopened cases from our recent order that I wanted to return as our vet prescribed specialty food for him instead. The customer service agent was so thoughtful in his response and I can't thank him enough for his kindness and help. Shout out to Brandon P. You deserve a raise.

I really appreciate and like chewy.com. The same products are cheaper than Amazon. They don't send tons of emails, don't split your order up to charge more for shipping and tax. They ship very fast. And they sent the cutest birthday card to my cat! You can't beat that. I'll continue to keep shopping on chewy for all of my pets needs.
