This is what happens when you lose two of your best friends and cancel your order because you no longer need the food. After talking to James at Chewy .com and explaining my loss I unexpectedly received a bouquet of flowers at my front door. There is no way to explain my feelings about my pleasant surprise except this company is one of the most outstanding companies I have ever done business with , and will never forget this thank you. I love Chewy. Never had problems with them. They ship fast, orders are well-packed. All of my orders usually arrive in 1-2 days. I stopped ordering from Petco because they just threw the cans of wet food in the shipping box, and cans always arrived crumpled. No such issue with Chewy.

Chewy has an incredible range of food for my kitties. Switching to a grain free dry food was much easier than I thought due to the variety. Their gift boxes are awesome as well. Customer service it top notch and deliveries are super fast. I don’t buy pet supplies at the store anymore. Chewy has spoiled us!

Ordered a new light for my 55 gallon fish tank (LED). It came and something was wrong with the control wire. It was replaced free of charge and they said to just keep the other one. The new one works great!!! Thank you chewy for the great customer service!!! 💕

I've been getting very expensive prescription dog food from Chewy for several years. On Saturday, my dog passed away, so I called Chewy to see if I could cancel the order in transit. They said it was too late to cancel it and it can't be returned because it is a prescription. But, they immediately credited my account for the two cases of food and asked that I donate to a shelter. Today, I receive a beautiful flower arrangement from Chewy with a condolence card. This is customer service at its best, I have two other dogs and four cats - based on the superior level of service I just experienced, I'll be a Chewy customer of life.

I've always had good experiences with Chewy. However, recently I had an outstanding experience with them. My dog Stella passed away and Chewy sent a big bouquet of flowers with their condolences. Extremely nice of them and I really appreciated it more than I can say. When I get another dog, I will continue to shop at chewy. They go above and beyond.
