I change my auto ship date so my dog food wouldn't be sitting around until my dog was done with her previous bag.I change my shipping address then it was being ship to the wrong address they then re-route it too the correct address and it so happenes it would be delivered on Friday. No delivery called and told me it wouldn't be delivered until Tuesday. I cancelled the order and to my dismay it was delivered on a Monday.

We have 3 Shelties and on occasion foster. I just learned that Blue Buffalo has a history of making dogs sick after prolonged use. It causes diarrhea and vomiting. I have two very sick dogs with these symptions. I have been using this food for several years and 9 months auto ship with Chewy. Why didn't Chewy pull this food as some stores have done. They dont care as long as they sell a product.

Chewy.com has changed from what it started out to be. I heard another company brought them. Too bad as I've heard so many good things about the original company. Now they are into false advertising. I've seen multiple large ads saying that with your first order you can get free shipping and a significant discount. It sounds like this is a deal one gets to encourage that first order so one can try it out without risking so much money. However, when I attempted to order, the free shipping was only for purchases over a certain (high) amount. The discount was only if one signs up for autoship. Both applies to the first order and every order. Nothing to do with first order. It was just to lure in the unsuspecting and the innocent. I contacted the company and got a host of garbage remarks in return. I guess they were thinking they were dealing with someone as foolish as they are. It really let me know that they cannot be trusted. BTW, they did offer me a small discount when I wrote to them, but if I had taken it, it would have still been dealing with a company that can't be trusted. They continue to run those mis-leading ads.

I used to love Chewy. This year every delivery has arrived poorly packaged with damaged products, FedEx is now delivering the products and refuse to leave on porch under awning so many boxes have been left at the garage in the rain. Yes, you read that right, with flash flood warnings announced all day, the lazy FedEx driver dumps the boxes off the truck where he can pull up and does NOT walk an additional 10 feet to leave in safe dry area. I've emailed customer service twice and received NO response or refund of the damaged products which is a big shift in service from what I had come to expect in the past. Not sure if it is organizational changes or just a method of going as cheap as possible now that Chewy has grown but I'm overall disappointed and it's cost me more money in the long run by having to throw things away. I've cancelled my auto ship and will no longer purchase from Chewy unless they can prove that they care about their customers again. They are not even packaging items with any logic so that heavy items don't crush other items, or tubes of electrolytes missing caps so the product is all over the box, cat liter busted and spilled everywhere, etc.

I am now on the fifth day of awaiting my order. If you live in Columbia, MO this could happen to you! If you order you dog food and it comes from Dallas you get it in two days. However if it comes out of Florida you will be lucky to get it in five days. There is just terrible service from FedEx also as thy said it would come Wednesday and here I am at noon on Thursday waiting for my dog food. I will never do business with Chewy.com again. TJ

This is for Chewy.com I been doing business with this company a long time. They mislead the people When purchasing a bag of dog food it said buy one get one free.Until the Igknorant customer service speaks they say no it's on another page if they kept a sale they should honor it,then they Saul into your account if if it was a mistake they should remove it and they are very expensive. Then read that they were purchased by Pet Smart Chewy is lining their pockets of companies that are responsible for cruelty to small animals.It sickens me just look it up and the CEO is Ryan Cohen and Peta read about this the horrible treatment of killing and torturing is small animals just look it up

Placed order for 2 items, and charged accordingly on my debit card. Then saw a second charge for another amount later that day. Both still pending but holding my money that had never been authorized to be held or charged. Called and was told this is how the ship from 2 warehouses. Not acceptable and I will not continues using their service.
