After our beloved golden retriever, Cooper, passed away, we contacted Chewy about returning unopened medicine. Chewy not only refunded the full amount, they told us not to worry about returning it. A few days later they sent a vase of flowers. Chewy is an excellent company that truly care about their customers.

We have been buying our dog food for about 9 years, I always thought we were just another customer or number, the prices are awesome, I had to call them Saturday to cancel our account, because our boxer went to doggie heaven that morning, and a shipment was getting ready to ship,the gal on the phone was very helpful and Sympathetic to our loss and very kind, To our surprise we got home from work today Monday, and there is a Boquet of flowers at our front door from chewy, they don't know us never meat anyone from there, and they made us really fill like family , a company this size, who does this, well it appears that chewy.com does, if we get another pet in the future chewy.com has themselves a customer for life, they really treat you like family

I just would like to say that I TRULY APPRECIATE AND THANK the Chewy family for providing EXPECTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE to my small family that included our very special Yorkie Poodle Max. He recently passed away this month and the Chewy Family sent us this beautiful arrangement expressing their condolences. Off all of the pet companies that I have spent my money with CHEWY IS THE BEST OUT THERE...PERIOD!!! They supplied us with everything from food to vitamins to clothes to bedding. The list was endless AND if by chance I was displeased with a purchase I was INSTANTLY REFUNDED MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY!!! They only requested that I donate the item to a pet charity or shelter of my choice. I would recommend Chewy to anyone that is a pet lover hands down. I'll miss shopping with you Chewy...❤❤❤❤ L. I have used Chewy for several orders for toys and such. I accidentally ordered two dog beds of the wrong size. Even though it was totally my fault customer service was awesome. She sent me return labels (free to me) and helped me reorder the correct ones. Everything was done fast and hassle free. They couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. I highly ***** recommend them for your pet needs.

Find after years of shopping in chewy.com, always positive experience. Customer service clearly wants you to be happy and will fix orders (once accidentally over ordered) without question. I even find their prices may not be the lowest in some cases. But don’t mind the extra $ for dealing with a company that offers more personalized service. If I were have any complaint, it would be the auto-ship should be easier. Specifically need the ability to set up different times ie 1x/month vs every 3 months (like Amazon). You can set it up, but it takes effort.

chewy Was amazing.. our dog recently passed away and it was very hard for us. I had just received our you are auto ship package the next day.. I called chewy and they were so gracious to refund us the amount and told us to donate The package we had just received to shelter! Plus sent us condolence flowers!!!. Amazing

This is the best company ever! My vet just changed my dog's food to a prescription brand. I ordered my 1st bag from Chewy! My dogs had only ate 1 time out of it when something crazy happened. My husband was looking at the bag to make sure I was feeding them the correct amount, when he put it down right beside a candle I was burning. We both went outside for about 10 minutes with the dogs, and when we came in the bag of food had melted completely! Dog food was all over the floor and the wax from the candle was everywhere! The dog food had melted bag all over it! I sent Chewy a message to let them know why I was ordering again so soon. and they told me they would refund me the amount of the bag of dog food! It was totally our mistake, but they refunded the money back anyway! Now that is what I call awesome customer service!

I have 3 dogs. So dog food goes fast , I’m on preorder list. My dog food was going to be late because of delivery issues. When I mentioned I already had to buy another bag from store. They were nice enough to give me 20.00 bucks off my order. Small bag of dog food I got was 10 bucks.which I Will have to get another to hold me over. But cost was covered. I feel they held up there in. And will Continue to order from them. May have two move my preorder up a week just in case it happens again
