This is the second time I have used Mr. Chewy and the experience was great. When is comes to the shipping portion of the order, the tracking information is inaccurate and very slow.

When I did not receive my order and tracking information was not available, I e-mailed customer service. I received a reply that there was a processing error. A new shipment was immediately sent out which I received the next day.

Loved the website, liked the products, but the price I paid for my items included shipping, even though it was advertised as free shipping. The price of shipping is in the price of the product, I thought my cat litter was a 30 lb bag. it was only 28lbs and the price was greater than what I pay at Tractor supply. I also did not get good answers when I was trying to find out if the products such as food and snacks were USA made and grown instead of raised in another country and put together in USA. I guess I should pay attention better.

I can not believe how my dogs love this "Taste of the Wild dog food." They really went nuts, I feed them in the morning and the rest of the day they kept wanting more, I mean it. I have Yorkies, and they would come up and beg for more. I had tried every different kind of dog food out there, But this is #1 !!!! Only One problem is the $ cost $. :( Having the Auto ship sounds Great! Have not used this yet,(this was my 1st order) But having auto ship, Sounds great. We will have to see If I can aford to keep doing this. PLEASE come down in price. Thanks

I placed my first order from Chewy's, I got a great deal on the SAME food I regularly feed my dogs and it was delivered right to my door. I didn't have to make sure I made it to the store during business hours, I didn't have to drive to the store, lug the bag to the checkout, wait in line with a heavy bag, carry the heavy bag out to my car, nor did I have to lug it up to my second floor apartment. I just ordered it online, received it lightning fast, at a lower price AND I didn't have to do any driving or lugging! As long as their pricing stays great, I see no reason to go back to the store fiasco!
