Chewy cannot control shipping, and they actually believe the shipper saying it's on the truck! My stuff has been on the truck for 3 4 and 5 days. I've been trying to tell the supervisor of the attention you're not going to deliver tonight when they told me they were talking about 8:00 could never happened. This company is no good they don't follow through their promises and they don't listen to the customer! Even gave him a chance on the second delivery the same thing happened. Don't waste your time Don't waste your money

Called customer service to get info on a declined charge that was still able to be processed somehow and is showing up on my bank statements. I called, woman named Jennifer answered, was not nice, had an attitude, was cutting me off the entire time and then accused me of screaming and yelling at her. Obviously I was not, and the phone calls are recorded so she cannot lie. She then spoke over me again and said "IM HANGING UP NOW YOUR YELLING" and hung up the phone. Don't know what her problem was but she has issues. And yes, I happily called back to report he to her supervisor who is reviewing the recorded phone call. And no, as of now I do not have my refund. I have proof of payment as well.

I order the white bucket of duck heads, 25-30 count. What arrived was 25 ct in plastic bags. Communicating with online chat x 2, they both stated they do not offer duck heads in white buckets, but they clearly do. Their denial is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT‼️ THIS IS A CHRISTMAS GIFT, SO THE BUCKET WAS CLEARLY NEEDED; I WILL NEVER PURCHASE CHEWY. C OM AGAIN‼️

Don't bother trying their "Connect To a Vet" option. You'll only be connected to a supposedly certified veterinarian assistant who will simply ask you a million questions and then try to sell you multiple products off their website. You will never be connected to a veterinarian and they can't prescribe medications anyway. Total waste of an hour today!

I’m getting $20 off coupons in the mail, but Chewy will not honor the code claiming the coupon codes are only ‘Welcome Back’ offers for long lost prior customers. Doesn’t say that on the coupons $20 off should mean $20 off.

Blocked my account claiming I committed a fraud. When I called them, I was told their team would contact me, either by email or by phone, which they never did! They then stated they attempted to do so, but since they were “unable to complete the required verification process,” my account has to remain deactivated. Spare me from your lies!

Horrible customer service! I just called in to cancel a autopay product and the first thing I get is attitude from the customer service rep. I asked to speak with a supervisor and she put me on hold. The supervisor came on the phone and I told her to just cancel everything. I told her I’ll just use another vendor. I’ve never had any issues with Chewy until I contacted their customer service department. Hopefully, they’re reading this review and start to make changes on how they treat their customers when they contact them for help.
