I have ordered all my pet supplies (5 cats and a large dog) through Chewy over the past year. I am 100% thrilled with their pricing, shipping, and customer service. I receive my orders within a couple of days. I've twice had a minor issue (i.e., the treats were packed beneath something heavy and were smashed flat), and the refund was easy and immediate. Probably most importantly, I'm trying to avoid ordering online and supporting a different big box company which I feel has a little too much censorship (of books) for my taste. Thank you for the great alternative!

I've been purchasing specialty items for my dog from chewy as she has kidney issues. Chewy has always been able to contact my vet quickly in order to get her prescription dog food as well as rapid (and free due to the cost) shipping to my home. Usually within 24 hours. I also recently purchased dog diapers, but sadly got them in the wrong size. I requested if there was a possibility I could exchange the products for a larger size and they immediately refunded me and gave me free shipping on the next order of diapers they themselves put in my shopping cart. It wasn't much, but it really was a kind gesture and something I needed during a time where I'm trying anything and everything for my dog in need.

I just wanted to let you guys know how amazing of a company you are! We have ordered our dogs food and supplies from chewy.com for awhile. Unfortunately we had to put our dog down last Friday. I swear I do better at funerals then I did putting our dog down. We just recieved a new bag of food in the mail which we found ourselves not needing anymore. We called chewy.com to cancel our future orders. Not only did you guys help us with that. You refunded our money for the bag we just received. Which was very generous. And told us to donate the food which I think is more amazing. But what was the best after having a long weekend trying to get used to life without our dog which was very difficult for us. We came home Monday from work after a long day. To flowers delivered to us from chewy.com. If that isn't special I don't know what is! You guys did not have to do that but it brought us great joy trying to get through the loss of our loved dog. I can't thank you guys enough. You are simply amazing!

I am a very satisfied customer of Chewy. I received a box that was cut open and the flea meds were taken out. I called customer service and they were super nice and are shipping out another one right away. I expected some sort of hassle, but no, super nice company that go above and beyond to please their customers. They have very fast shipping. They have exceeded my expectations.

Chewy has been great for the many years I've been using them. Their prices are competitive and customer service has been responsive with the few issues I've had. Recently FedEx delivery has been seriously lagging deliveries by an extra 2-3 weeks! My most recent Chewy order has been stalled and stuck at my home states largest shipping hub, tracking shows it's just been sitting there doing nothing, going on over a week past the promised delivery date. Called Chewy and suggested to stop shipping with FedEx, they usually ship with UPS or OnTrac anyways. So they refilled my order at no charge, refunded my previous order and re-shipped it with another carrier with three day delivery and tracking. Also, a long time ago I had a box that had product that broke open. They promptly refunded it. Chewy is excellent for much of my pet needs, they respond to their customers rather than ignore them.

Chewy really is most credible, reliable & trustworthy! There is no one, not one company that is better than Chewy! These guys get the job done quickly & accurately. I place my order(s) & next day it's at my door.. Not even Amazon is closely in comparison!! Thank you Chewy & crew You go above & beyond to wow me..

I have never dealt with a better company. Chewy is fabulous. Not only is the shipping fast and accurate they were so compassionate during my time of grief when I lost my precious little girl. They were so consoling they sent me a card, flowers and then they refunded my money for the recent purchases I had made without even asking. I cannot say enough good about Chewy! I will always use this company to purchase my pets needs. Thank you for your kindness!!
