We bought the monthly bark box. I explained we have two Doberman Pinchers who are very fierce chewers. Within 2 minutes my oldest dog had a piece of a toy in the back of his throat. This was their super chewer or whatever they call it toy box. Very scary. I wrote and sent pictures of broken toy and asked for refund. I was horrified when they sent another box today. Seriously? Take responsibility and own up to your reputation and keep pets safe.

If I could give them no stars I would! Every thing is shipped in one giant box. The order I just received was 55lbs! I cannot lift without injury, nor can i move or drag the box in. Contacted Chewy and they said nothing they can do about it. They can do a box up to 68 lbs!!! Seriously??? They will not ship in smaller boxes. So I guess we can all sue them in small claims court when becoming injured trying to lift box. I will buy my cat food and toys etc on Amazon who has same prices as chewy and ships free with prime and you do not have to do a huge order just to get free shipping.

as long as chewy .com uses fed ex delivery i will not shop with them. they advertise 1-2 day shipping, which happens, but delivery is horrible. the first time i ordered, my delivery was postponed nearly a week by fed ex,when i finally got my package it looked as if it had been kicked around the parking lot. smh. i put off my autoship for months after this. but tried it again last week october 3 2019. yes it was shipped in 1 day. delivery however ,by fed ex, has been a problem again. my delivery was put off from oct 4 to oct 5 ,then til oct 7 . smh. after complaining to chewy customer service,they resent the package. same thing happened. unless the find better delivery service i will not be a customer.

Pharmacy @ Chewy.com is quite another story. Disaster in how expensive chemotherapeutic drug arrived and that disaster was only compounded by the lack of customer service when I called for resolution. Will continue using the pet food, treats, toys etc. division as they are stellar, which is why the pharmacy portion was such a disappointment. Expected so much more. Will not reorder here.

So upset, I purchased the American Journey dog food on the buy one get one free special. Today, only one bag showed up via auto ship. I contacted customer service. They just said The deal is over”. When in fact, both bags were in my cart. They weren’t willing to correct their error. I am so disappointed with their lack of care and customer service. No longer a chewy fan. Feel scammed.

I used to love Chewy but lately their customer service really sucks. My dog food keeps getting delivered to the wrong address and even after Ive spoke to three diffrent customer service reps and a supervisor hey still could not get the food delivered to me. I think their service has changed for the worse lately. I have to find another dog food website.
