The best customer service experience I have ever had. I recently ordered an item from Chewy for my puppy, it arrived and I realized it really doesn't work for what I wanted it to. I emailed Chewy to start the return process. Within 20 minutes without additional questions I had recieved and email response letting me know they had refunded me and asked that I donate the item to a pup who can use it! I think returns are a case by case basis but I love this so much! 5 stars!

Their customer service is amazing- to say they go above and beyond is an understatement! They even sent me flowers and a pet portrait when my dog passed away from cancer. They truly care and it shows!

I've been using Chewy for going on 10 years. The one time I had a problem with an autoship order, the customer service rep was friendly, eager to help and I was beyond satisfied with the outcome. I see a lot of negative reviews on here for shipping times, but I suspect they are suffering from problems with the shipping companies, like most businesses these days. I've not had any problems with shipping so far.

Back in August 2021, my little dog died, and your representative was incredibly kind. I was going to request to return some unopened kidney diet food, and she refunded my order and said to donate the food. I did that, and another family was able to use it. I thought that was wonderful. I was astonished when a few days later, flowers arrived at my door from Chewy. That was so kind, at such a difficult time. My little dog was my sole covid companion, and it brings tears to my eyes to remember holding her as her spirit left her little body at the vet. Thank you so much to Alexandria, and all of you at Chewy. I tell my friends about this. When I get a new dog, I will be back at Chewy. The service is always fast, prices good, and selection excellent.

Been using Chewy for a few years and they have consistently been over the top with being helpful, great pricing, great communication and super fast shipping. Their customer reps are always so nice, they are the absolute best to deal with !!!
