Absolutely the best online pet store! Great customer service, reps go above and beyond to answer your questions correctly or obtain the contact information needed for their product retailers. Additionally, there return policy simply 'Rocks' I've purchased several clothing items for my four legged child which didn't quite fit, so instead of returning the item they asked for the item to be donated to local animal shelter--'that's the Chewy way' while still getting our money back.....who does this? That's just awesome and very charitable. So, thusly now I've got two sweaters here that are indeed going to the animal shelter to help out another four legged friend. Disclaimer: This is based on a case by case basis per rep, it they deem the item not to be 'to expensive' then they will choose to donate the item. What's to expensive? Who knows I didn't ask. But all in all I love their customer service and products--I will be a continued shopper as long as I have my four-legged friend. Thank you Chewy

FedEx pulled up today, sat outside the house for about 4 minutes and never got out of the truck, but all of a sudden I get an email saying my package was delivered and the truck pulled away. Watched the doorbell footage and confirmed they never left their vehicle. Called Chewy and they're sending another bag of food and crediting me $17 to purchase a small bag of food to get me through till the next bag is delivered! Excellent customer service!

Say what you want, but Chewy is now my go to place to shop for my Monstre. You see, my baby is sick and now needs a special diet. Chewy delivered my order in, what I feel, record time. After worrying about how I was going to get his food for the last 4 days, Chewy came through and his food arrived today. Don't waste your time anywhere else if you need prescription food for your baby or babies, Chewy is the place to start. Thank you so much Chewy for all you do.

I have been a Chewy.com customer for several years, ever since becoming a pawrent to my Sheltie, Decster. When he suddenly passed in September, the Chewy family sent me an email and card with their heartfelt condolences for my loss. Then this week, an unexpected gift arrived - a hand painted portrait of my baby, taken from his Chewy profile picture, with another enclosed card. It brought me to tears that Chewy took the time to think about me and my Decster. His portrait now resides in his memorial space. I can't recommend Chewy highly enough, and I will return as a grateful customer when another fur baby enters my life again in the future. Thank you, Chewy, for keeping us in your heart.

So I’ve been ordering my cats prescription food through Chewy for over a year now. Any time I have issues customer service has always resolved them quickly. The real reason I’m leaving this review is that recently I had to cancel an order after it had already shipped. I called and explained that I had been sick and just didn’t know when I’d be able to work again so I needed to postpone the delivery. Not only did they handle the situation quickly and kindly but they also sent me a get well soon card and a mug with tea and honey. I was floored by it, I’ve never had a company show that level of concern for its customers, particularly a company as big as chewy.

We started to use Chewy when our 6 yr. old Rottweiler "Ulrich" was diagnosed with diabetes. Their price for his specific diabetic dog food was reasonable. Plus having the adjustable auto shipping with super convenient and always arrived on time. Ulrich sadly passed away on November 2nd due to the complications of his diabetes. We notified Chewy through the customer service link to make sure the auto shipments were stopped for his food. A representative from chewy contacted me the following day via email and gave us confirmation of the cancellation of the auto shipment, plus their condolences for our lose. Two days later, we received flowers from a local florist. Not only did chewy send us a heartfelt email but they also send us flowers for our lose of our beloved pet. What company does that, is what we asked ourselves. This is truly an amazing company that cares for the pet owners as well as the pets. When we decide to welcome another pet into our home, we will definitely use Chewy.com for their pet food and supplies. Thank you all for the care and kind words to help us though our lose. I purchased three packages of male wraps recently, sadly my dog lost his battle with cancer a few days later. I sent chewys a message to find out if I could return the unopened packages. Not only did they refund my full purchase without a return, they sent me flowers. Thank you chewy for making a difficult week easier. Your loyal customer

I ordered 2 bags of prescription pet food for our cat who had struggled long term with health issues. I still had the two bags, unopened a month past and they were expensive. About $165. So our cat passed away just over a month after i bought the food and a few days later I called chewy hoping to return, thinking it was too late. They told me not to worry- that they would refund my money immediately and I should donate the script food to our local shelter. But wait- if that doesn’t make you feel great about this company- the next day I got a flower delivery. I couldn’t think who they would be from. It was a sympathy card from chewy.com with a beautiful vase of baby sunflowers and wildflowers. I cried. Kindness matters.
