I love Chewy. They are the best. I have never had better customer service in my life. They stayed on the phone with me to make sure my order was just the way I wanted it. Taylor Worley helped me and she was fantastic. I called because I could not get an item to add to my cart and she took care of it for me, finished placing the rest of my order and checked me out over the phone. She did not rush me at all and was so kind and knowledgeable. I say if you have not tried Chewy before give them a chance. It is worth it. :)

Chewy customer service has always been a fantastic experience for me. I recently contacted them about returning my cat’s prescription food because he hardly ate any of it before I needed to put him to sleep. The next day, I received flowers from Andy at Chewy and yes, I balled my eyes out. It was such a thoughtful and totally unexpected act of kindness.

we had a 22 year old cat who was on special dry cat for renial failure . i had ordered her cat food and unfortunately she passed away the next day . i called chewy to try to get the order cancelled .. to my suprise was already out for delivery . but they were so sympathetic she refunded my money and said to just donate bag when we recieve it . the customer sevice is amazing !!! will def keep using for our lab

I called Chewy’s customer service this morning after realizing I accidentally shipped to the address I just moved from. Totally my mistake. The customer service rep was super friendly and took care of rerouting to package for me quickly. The entire phone call took <5 minutes for them to fix my mistake and get it routed to my new address. I was a bit stressed when I realized my mistake, but the excellent customer service at Chewy made this a non-issue.

This is my second review to say how utterly awesome Chewy's is. My senior cat has kidney disease and we are struggling to get him food he will eat - We ordered a case of prescription food last week and my cat refuses to eat it - When I ordered it, the service rep said they would refund our money no questions asked and not require us to return the food or the treats - This is the 2nd time we have done this and no questions asked. This level of service is truly off the charts. Thank you Chewy's for setting the bar so high. I will order from you again and again.

Chewy is amazing! I ordered an automatic dog feeder the other week from the company and asked to cancel the order the next day. Unfortunately, the dog feeder had already shipped. Not only did I get a refund, but they asked me to donate the dog feeder to an animal rescue organization instead of shipping it back. I was shocked since I wasn't expecting this level of generosity and care from such a large company. I'm not one to write reviews, but Chewy really deserves your business and will be getting business from me in the future!

I absolutely love Chewy! They have the best customer service. Someone is always available when you call. I called last week to let them know my precious baby girl had crossed over the rainbow bridge. I let them know she would no longer be needing her medications that had been set to auto ship. I cried during our conversation because my baby girl was my heart. The next day I received a beautiful floral arrangement signed, “With sympathy, love Chewy. “ They also refunded a medication I received 2 days after my baby had passed. I still have the medication, they just gave me my money back. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. Ty Chewy for helping me during this very sad time. 💔💔💔
