Service has declined! I have had great service in the past. My recent order, Monday at 5am, has still not been delivered on Friday! The order is being shipped from across town, not out of State. The customer service has definitely declined over the past few months!!!!!! I canceled my order. Could have picked my items up at a store, however I kept getting notices that it would be delivered by the end of the day. I’m beside myself with displeasure!!!!

I live in Colorado. I made two previous orders through chewy that showed up on time and on location. My third order was made nearly a month ago and has since been shipped but it keeps going back and fourth to the state of Illinois!? Like three times now. They then claimed my address was wrong despite receiving the two previous packages. Then they claimed I was never home to receive them. I have cameras at home and they lied. Luckily I got my refund. I will go to the end of the earth and back for my animal care. I don’t trust chewy and I certainly won’t be recommending them to my family, friends or neighbors. Chewy is best suited for people who live in major cities. Not the country. Bye chewy! Hopefully no animals are harmed or starved through your crap service.

VERY VERY SLOW!, Not buying from them again, as 99% of the stuff is cheaper at my local grocery stores. It took them 5 days just to fill my order. Forget their 1-2 shipping that they claim. It took 6 days from when they finally shipped order until it arrived. And 4 of the the 9 items ordered were wrong.

Sloooooooowww shipping. If you need it soon, shop elsewhere.

Permanent rescheduling of delivery dates without notice. For a long time they could not agree with the clinic permission to sell diet food for a cat. It turned out that they sent the request to the wrong clinic. If possible, avoid this store. I ordered the 1st, until today there is still no delivery, although my cat after the clinic needs specialized feed.

I am a brand new customer to Chewy. I created an account and ordered one 25Ib bag of dry dog food with 3 cases of wet dog food. I received an email the very next day advising that my information needed verification prior to the order being released. I called in immediately and provided the needed verification of shipping address, order amount etc.. I was then advised by customer service that my order would be released. Today, I receive another e-mail from Chewy advising that my order cannot be processed and I must contact them within the next 24 hours otherwise my order will be cancelled. I just called and customer service cannot explain or advise why my order still has a block on it, which upsets me. Furthermore, when I log into my Chewy account, the order shows no status issue whatsoever. Why is this so complicated??? Why must I called in twice now and worst yet I don't even know if the matter is resolved as customer service said "I am going to pass this along to my pod team requesting the block on your order be removed".

Delayed shipments: August 2019. 6 days late. Dog food sat on truck in hot weather. It smelled when it was delivered. November 2019. Dog food is six days late due to cyber shopping over the weekend. I think the regular dog food customers take precedent over new customers buying toys for under the tree. Chewy needs to hire more people before they lose their business. Dogs need to eat!!! I have mastiffs with food allergies and just cannot eat any junky food. So I really depend on these deliveries to be on time. Will be looking at other companies for future deliveries

I placed a order on 11/30/2019 in which it showed all items were in stock and here it is 5 days later and it still hasn't shipped! Yet, they claim 1-2 Day Shipping. They're giving me a story saying it due to bad weather. Oh, I hadn't heard that Florida is having a Blizzard. Offering me a $15 discount on my next order placed by 3/31/2020. Well, I won't need to place another order by that date!.. Screw Chewy and I'm cancelling my order and taking my business where it is appreciated
