I was given a hermit crab in poor living conditions with no warning. I immediately went to chewy to order all the supplies I'd need, but the little guy had stopped eating and passed before it got here. When I asked to return the items, they instead sent me a full refund and told me to donate the supplies. I am in awe of the customer service, thank you Chewy.

I have two dogs, and I ordered the same coat for both of them and one needed one size up. I called chewy and asked them to return it so they gave back my money. I asked how I should return it and they said to donate it to the shelters. Thank you chewy for helping shelters and dogs in need.

This company is by far the BEST that I have ever worked with. Their customer service is outstanding! Destiny, whom I spoke with the other day concerning a harness for our dog was absolutely wonderful! She answered my questions and had our dog's new harness delivered the next day. They really care at Chewy! I HIGHLY recommend them!!!

I bought a cat tree and started the process of putting it together only to discover 2 missing posts and some missing bolts. I called Chewy. The woman that I spoke to apologized and said she will send me a replacement. She surprised me and sent it overnight! I've always had good luck with their products and customer service. This is my go to website for my cat's shopping. i ordered with them more than 10 times, there were two times that the mail delivery guy lost my package, and they deliver the same products to me right after I told them I did not get the package. Good customer service.

Chewy saved the day for my new puppy, who was having major dietary issues. They worked directly with the vet's office, near closing time, to get the prescription needed in order to ship the food. I received the food the next day. They are a company that loves pets, and it shows. I am SO grateful for their help in my puppy's time of need.
