I had a minor issue with a delivery and I have to admit that they have the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. they tended to my needs immediately and made everything right. I'll always be a loyal customer.....and my rescue dogs love me for it....

I had placed 4 orders with chewy, however, 2 of those were for a senior pet that died shortly thereafter. Chewy not only refunded the money but had me donate the food bought for him to a shelter. Added to that they sent us a bouquet of flowers in his memory. Then I placed 2 new orders for kittens but got adult cats. Again, they fully refunded my money and asked me to donate the food. No questions asked. I am 60 years old and have NEVER dealt with such a great company. Just when I thought customer service was non-existent they proved me wrong. I no longer buy food locally at big box stores it all comes from Chewy.com. Great job Chewy!!!

I contacted chewy to cancel my auto ship order because my sweet boy had passed away. Not only did they tell me to donate the items in my little guy’s name and fully refunded me, but within a couple of days they sent me a beautiful bouquet of flowers with their condolences. Such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. This company really gets it and goes above and beyond during one of the worst times in my life. A special thank you to Ashley S who helped me. We are lost for words for such a wonderful surprising heart-warming thoughtful service from Lorenzo. I contacted Chewy to ask if I can return the Autoship order that came after our pup passed away. He was so sympathetic of our loss and provided us a full-refund asking us to donate the items instead of returning them. We were so grateful for him to offer the return and to honor our boy to help others was such a heartwarming service you don't get too often nowadays. A couple of days later (today), we receive a bouquet of flower from Lorenzo. This was truly a surprise and left my wife and I both speechless. It brought such a heartwarming sigh of gratitude (that's the best I can describe my feeling at the moment), it really teared us up thinking of our boy. He was truly loved and we miss him greatly. What Lorenzo did was way beyond anyone could've asked for and never in a million years we expected it. I'd say his servitude and caring thoughts truly exemplify how we should think and care for one another better. We're truly grateful for Lorenzo and the Chewy team!

My husband ordered 5 bags of dog treats. Unfortunately our dog passed away before we received the treats. We called Chewy’s and explained and the rep said keep the treats, give them to the neighborhood dogs and we would get a full refund. Three days later we received a bouquet of flowers from Chewy’s in sympathy for our dogs passing. What outstanding Customer Service!!!

Excellent customer service. I've only had to contact them twice, but each time, they are kind and helpful. Good prices on everything and efficient shipping. It's the customer service that really wins all 5 stars, though!
