Chewy.com is a very pleasant discovery. The sellers are amazing, thanks for keeping me in the know about shipments and care instructions. The only nuance, I had to re-enter my credit card info over and over again for each purchase (I did not care to create a paypal account). I wish there was other way.

Ran out of kibble. Found them on line. put in an order and it was on my doorstep in 2 days. They were out of stock for one item, but gave me the larger size for the same price. Thank you and strong work!

I ordered 3 cases of Halo wet cat food. After some research, I found it was the cheapest on-line and in stores. Quick delivery too.

I see the items were manufactured in 2011. I would appreciate buying items that were not a year old before I got them. Please don't ever send me anything that old anymore. Maybe that is why you can do free shipping on it. Maybe these are not "firsts"? Anyway, Chewy is otherwise great at what they do.

Discounts on multiple orders or orders of quantity would be very helpful on items I order. Your service was Good! I started to worry a little about delivery time ( it's hard to keep a Great Dane waiting). I will place my next order before I open the second bag.

i had a gift card that was not being accepted on the internet so i called in to place my order. i was told the gift card could be applied manually which was great. while on the telephone with the representative i went onto my bank account and there was already hold for the full amount of my order not minus the gift card. i was assured that he was taking the gift card off. i received an email on had the full amount and the attachment on the email reflected the amount minus the gift card. i thought this was strange. the next morning i went onto my bank account and holds were placed for both amounts the full amount and the amount less the gift card. i contacted a representative and my bank and they both assured me it would be removed and it was. aside from the bad feelings i felt when all the money was being placed on hold they were very quick in delivering the product which i was amazed with. i would order again!
