The drops that came with my order are almost gone from being broken before they even got to me today and were leaking everywhere.

I have ordered from Chewy.com twice now and this second order will be my last. The products are great, they have a good selection to choose from and the prices are reasonable. Unfortunately they don't have any idea how to pack a shipping box. The first box was crushed and one small item was destroyed and they replaced that with no problem. This time not only was the box crushed, there was only one piece of tape on the top and one small amount of packing inside, so the box arrived open! I give up-better to go to the store.

Have spent lots of money with Chewy.com and have always loved their service and prices; however lately I must say products have increased in price A LOT and are steadily rising (I order sometimes 2 to 3 times a month and prices keep going up), no where near the value as it once was, so unfortunately if Chewy doesn't bring their prices back down, I may end of buying locally once again, because the local stores will match prices and offer lower prices in certain cases. Disappointed with a company that seems to becoming all about the almighty buck. In years past, always have rated 5 stars, great customer service and great prices. BRING YOUR PRICES BACK DOWN PLEASE CHEWY! Not such a great savings or deal anymore!

After trying Autoship for 6 months, I have to remove some stars. Things have not been going extremely well. I switched to weekly delivery hoping that would ensure a steady supply of cat food for my kids, but it has not worked out like that. This last shipment took 3 days to arrive, necessitating a trip to the store to get the needed supplies and one shipment backing into the other. This the third time I have gone through this experience and I have complained to customer service about it. I have decided to use this service only for the heavy items that are difficult to manage from the grocery and get the other things as before from the store. I started out with high hopes for this company, but sorry, not anymore.

Your site says 1-2 day free delivery. Well it's 5-6 days for the dog stroller I purchased. Which qualifies for FAST FREE shipping.

Been a customer for about six months. Loved having it shipped to,the door. Don't care for the up and down prices every week, but being selective u can still find it at Wal-Mart prices 48 cents a can everyday. But,my beef,is the last three deliveries first one. Iaims bag was ripped from bad packing, food all in the box, second and third was damaged cans. During breakdown a slip sheet was use and damaged 12 complete cans. Had to use a hammer and screw driver to get them open. QC needs to check these selectors and quit shipping me your damaged product. Think I'll take a break from chewy.

The last few months we really thought this company was great, home delivery and getting it within a couple of days what's to complain about. Well we started noticing a gradual increase in prices, at first we thought well it may be just that a gradual increase then seemingly overnight the food that we order for our Birds jumped $10. Calling and asking for a supervisor I was told that supervisors do not take calls. I tried to get a corporate number and then I was told that corporate does not take phone calls. I waited a few days and called back only to be told by a supervisor, they match prices with local companies and internet base companies and yes prices can jump over night and corporate does not take phone calls. I was told that as a one-time courtesy they could give a discount on our order, I am so sorry to say I did not take them up on their courtesy pricing. We totally lost the convenience and the money-saving I was getting in the beginning. Now even with driving it's cheaper for me to pick it up. Watch your orders because the prices make jump over night and apparently nobody at their corporate headquarters cares or at least they don't take phone calls. Sorry to have lost this company
