Great customer service!!! I ordered a quiet wheel for my hamster, but unfortunately, it was a little too big to fit in her cage. I contact and ask if I can return it. They refunded me right away and ask me to donate the wheel. I will be donating the wheel to and 100% recommending this site to my friends!

I'm really impressed with and appreciative of the service I received from Darby at Chewy today. I had a package delivered by FedEx, and the litter had busted open and was all over the box, while the box of treats was completely crushed with the lickable treats all over the box. Darby immediately offered to send me new ones without questioning or doubting me at all. I am sending them the photos so they can see how things are packed (but it's not required), but I just appreciate the level of trust and how quickly she was willing to help me. Darby was super friendly and professional, and I've shared this with all of my friends on social media, as well. Anyone who has pets would do well to use Chewy.com.

I LOVE Chewy.com & have been a loyal customer for Years & have even turned over 10 pet households into loyal Chewy customers. Their selection is great & relatable pricing makes it so I don’t have to shop around. Overall, Excellent customer service though their packing & shipping department could improve. Have had delicate items packaged in with 10 lbs bags of cat food & were damaged upon opening. The customer service dept. was quick to respond with either a replacement or refund though & was easy to get a hold of. Orders ship super fast and are delivered to my doorstep which helps when you’re ordering cat litter & food. Plus I love that I get a Christmas card every year with my fur-babies’ names on them. It’s such a little gesture that means a lot & just goes to show you that they really are appreciative of their customers.

I have never worked with a company as wonderful as chewy. Not only did they deliver our orders incredibly quickly but when my dog passed away the customer service representative sent me flowers with such a beautiful note. Just incredible!
