Placed order for Potty pads and Bully sticks for my dogs. They cancelled my order without even telling me reason why.Went to site to check on my order and it was just gone. Already waiting for order a week. My daughter had an autoship at our address once before so I guess I couldnt have discount but when I ordered on the site it let me. Instead of contacting me the just cancelled entire order. Not the first time I have had trouble with Chewy. I knew better to trust them again. Be careful they will double charge your card also.

I ordered the Trifexis on 3/05/20 and even got an invoice from Chewy, but I never got it. So on 3/20/20 I called Chewy customer service to get status and the woman was very rude to me. She said that the order was never put in. I explained to her that I did put in the order and even got an email with a invoice from them. I was so upset about the rude representative that I requested to speak to a supervisor but she hung up on me. I canceled any and every order from chewy!!! Horrible service!!! I will never use their services ever again and I've already ordered from 1800PetMeds.

They cancelled my order because my vet had a slightly incorrect dog weight on file, and said I should go visit my vet to get my dog weighed again. But, there's a pandemic going on and my gf is immunocompromised (plus it costs $ for a vet visit; if I was rich I wouldn't be buying meds online anyway). Furthermore, they cancelled both my dogs' worm meds even though one of them had no weight discrepancy. I suspect they ran out of stock during the Coronavirus panic and were looking for an excuse to cancel orders, because they didn't make much effort to sort it out before they cancelled it. They just left a voicemail. I called back immediately but got no answer, then I sent an email. But they cancelled it without talking to me or answering my email. Pretty weak

I ordered a bag of dog food and some Cosequin chews on March 14. Fed Ex claimed that they delivered the package on March19. They lied . They delivered nothing . I was home waiting all day . Nothing was delivered . The Chewy order number was 271878869. The tracking number for Fed Ed was 149246271180. I called 800-672-4399 four times and never got through after being on hold each time for 15 minutes . The Fed Ed number 800-463-3339 never answered . I had to face viral exposure to buy dog food because Chewy didn't deliver . Neither did Fed Ed . I'll never use Chewy again .

horrible phone service

I have auto order and get $80-150 of cat food and product. Get paid 3rd Wed. and have order sent day my check hits bank. So now my order was tweaked as didn't need as much but my reg. order should of been there. Now my cats (3) have 2 cans. I am sick but going to fight the masses for cat food. Why get auto order if they don't have your product . horrible service not 1st time many broken litter boxes and wrong orders. Praying I don't make others ill with my cold?? But no choice unless starve cats.

If you are looking for a company that stands by it's shipping and delivery promises, this is not the company for you. Customer service is nearly impossible to contact. I was on hold for over 30 minutes two different times and my call was disconnected. They do not return emails in a timely fashion either. I altered my autoship order to include only items that showed "in stock," however, due to their delays, two of the items I needed went out of stock. Keep in mind, I ordered my items prior to the original autoship date selected and at that time, I had plenty of food so I wasn't concerned. Then it kept dragging on and on so I checked, only to find my order had not shipped and some items were no longer in stock. If you are looking for a company who cares about your pets, one who will not leave you without food for your pets, then I highly recommend finding a different company to order from.

I would give them NO stars if I could. It is so disappointing what they have done to this company since they joined forces with Petsmart. They used to be the best. I would receive my orders in 1 to 2 days, and I didn't have to be concerned that I would run out because they were so dependable. They also wrapped the cat litter box so it definitely wouldn't open during shipping. When you called, they picked up after one ring! Now you wait a good 40 minutes and listen to awful music and a recording constantly saying they'll be right with you. I ordered some food the morning of the 12th and it went out, and I eventually received it 5 days later. The tracking would just say pending, so I had no idea when it would arrive, and I was low on food. I just called them and let them know how aggravated and disappointed that what was once a great company is now awful, and I'll have to order from Petco from now on. Unfortunately they are often out of what I buy. Well, that's my review!
