Class act organization. I have had friends receive hand painted canvases of their pets and I had received a beautiful floral bouquet after the loss of my dog. They have always been easy to work with, they will refund you if you are having trouble finding the right food for your pet and let you donate the leftovers to a shelter/rescue. Wonderful customer service.

Chewy is a wonderful and caring company. I called them 2 weeks ago about a return. I had bought food for my dog and unfortunately, at 19, she passed away. Not only did they give me a refund and tell me to donate the item, two days after I called them about Molly's passing, flowers showed up from them. I can't say enough good things about Chewy.

I placed my first order with Chewy a week ago. Unfortunately I bought a box of 24 cans of a cat food that my kitty did not like (it had liver in it - maybe I can't blame him!) I had 23 cans of cat food I could not use. They said that all I had to do was donate the food to a charity and they would give me a credit on my credit card. It was that simple. Amazing! My local animal shelter is going to get 23 cans of high quality grain free cat food. I will continue to use Chewy!

I recently went through the death of my beloved dog and best friend. I had ordered my dog some treats and pet food prior to losing my dog to bladder cancer. I had no idea things would go downhill so fast and that he would pass away before being able to enjoy his treats and the remaining dog food. Chewy's customer service, Rachel, was excellent and very understanding during this horrible time of mourning. Chewy even sent me some beautiful flowers for the loss of my beloved friend. Enough cannot be said about this experience with Chewy who was very understanding and caring.

I have used Chewy for years as we had 5 cats at one point. They are consistent with good selection, great prices & super quick shipping. Over the years we were down to just 2 cats & within the past month they both passed as they were elderly & ill. My husband called to see if there was a way to return the bags of special cat litter we had, not really thinking that we could. The representative was so kind & expressed her condolences regarding or loss. She said to donate the cat litter to a shelter & she would credit us for the cost. Super impressed with the kindness of this company & if we have pets in the future would 100% use them again. Donated cat litter & also made monetary donation to the North Shore Animal League. Thank you Chewy.com <3

We lost our dog, Riley, this month and I called to cancel a reoccurring prescription and not only did they refund me my money, but sent me flowers from a local flower shop with a thoughtful note. That was very thoughtful and selfless. That just goes to show what kind of company chewy is! Thank you Taylor and the Chewy staff Your service is superb

I received a surprise from the company Chewy yesterday! I called to ask if I could return Abbey’s prescription dog food which was kind of expensive. Not only did they refund me for the 2 cases, rather than return the food, they told me to donate the food to a shelter. Then I received a beautiful bouquet of roses and a sympathy card from 2 special ladies at Chewy! I’m a bit blown away at how much they cared and what they did in response to our losing Abbey. Needless to say, we will be Chewy customers for life! 🐕 💕

I think Chewy is not only a great company but a real compassionate bunch of folks. I have hanging on my wall a painting of my late dog Abby done by one of their agents. The only complaint I have is their delivery system when items are sent by FedEx. They often come damaged or very late and twice FedEx sent me an internet notice the items were delivered, and they actually were not.
