During the mandatory stay at home (COVID) my family was ill with the virus. Wanting to be safe and with the safety of others in mind, we have not gone anywhere. We ordered from chewy for our two dogs - our first experience with them - although we usually use PetSmart. we chose chewy because they promised two day delivery and we were really low on supplies. petsmart is somtimes a few more days but we felt to be safe we would use this service. we paid and the order went through. The next day we received an email saying the shipping may be delayed a few days. we heard nothing else - no tracking or anything - we kept waiting - then yesterday we received another email saying they hope to ship in three days. We are completely out of food and wee-wee pads and now have to go into a store to get them. no one answers the phone and no one returns emails. terrible service. they should have told us they could not fulfill our order so we could have used a different service. do not shop here!

We have 4 rescue dogs and use 2 large bags a month. I am getting too old to pick it up every month. I went to sign up for the free delivery but because the bags were one penny below the minimum for free delivery the were going to charge us. Petco and petsupermarket do not. Guess who I did not go with. I did but contact their customer service and got nowhere. Unreal!!!

We place a order for the first time and we was told the order will arrive in 3 days. We never got the order I send a message and we got a robot massage back 3 time never told me when I received my order and what was going on. 3 week later finally received the order wish was super late . I will never use them ever again customer service is not friendly.

I currently work at the chewy manufacturers in sparks nevada . let me tell you if 1 person gets it. This will be another out break. They are only using procedures to keep the job running smoothly. But we still walk by each other in big groups, we still line up at the job boards. We sometimes have no soap to wash are hands . there is no hand sanitizer and such a dirty environment people open coughing in the air. People here are so disgusting. We dont even follow the 6 feet apart rule everyone laughs at the rule and working distances wont allow that, we do not follow governers request. No face mask nothing at all. It's going to hit here and hit hard for chewy very soon. Remember we touch 1000 . millions of packages a day. It's like if they get the virus they are sending a gift to youre house with what you ordered. DONT BELIEVE ME . COMMUNITY REQUEST TO SHOW VIDEO FOOTAGE BET YOU WONT ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN

I am on a rush ship for a special no grain dog food After not getting my order at the first of the month I contacted them and was told possibly the end of the month they never gave me any advance notice there was going to be a problem. I explained on my AutoShip why didn’t they hold back their committed customers. I was told Lady it’s just a dog😕😕🐶😡. I have them raves reviews but through this crisis they went for the bottom dollar and sold everything they could without honoring their ongoing subscribed customers. Shame on them

This negative review is for Chewy.com Pharmacy. Twice, I tried to order anti-seizure medication for one of my dogs, and twice Chewy.com failed to get the prescription correctly. After a month of phone calls and e-mails with no resolution, it became clear that Chewy.com Pharmacy has no working inventory or order tracking system, even for prescription medication. The customer service representatives were not reading one another's case notes and just tried to put me off. They tried to blame the failure on the COVID-19 pandemic, but the problem started well before that crisis. Buy medication from a real, working pharmacy, not Chewy.com.

A return is simply NOT possible. I cannot reach anyone by phone and my 3 messages have not been answered the last 3 weeks. Do not order anything, if you are not sure, that you will keep it.

I have tried to order twice... Both times it says "in stock and free 1-2 day shipping". Once I place the order and move about my day I later receive an email stating due to COVID 16 it will ship in 7-10 days. Ok fine, I understand we are in difficult times... BUT TELL ME THAT UP FRONT AND STOP WASTING MY TIME telling me after the fact.
