I recently made a purchase and I cancelled the order. As my dogs did not like the food. No big deal. They said they was called back by the sender. They took the money out of my account $247.00 and did not refund it. I waited on hold for 30 mins the person on the other side argued with me and said they did refund my money. I called back to prove they didn’t another 30 mins on hold. They hung up on me. I was very disappointed that they flat out stole my money waited on hold all total over an hour. I’m calling back to speak to a super visor hopefully they will refund my money. What a ripoff. They take your money than if theirs a problem they don’t want to give your money back!!!

I ordered a cat tree from Chewy for my cat and it never came. I found out that it was delivered to another address When I called to inform Chewy, they said they would send out another tree, but it would take another 7-10 days. I am not happy about this. Very upset and frustrated as I was really looking forward to having this for my cat. I asked if they could expedite the replacement order since it was only fair, and they said that it was not possible to do that. I told them that they are in control of all orders and shipments and they do have the power to mail something overnight if they wanted to.. They insisted that they could not help me, and that I would have to wait 7-10 days. I am very upset with Chewy and will not recommend them to anyone.This is my very first and last order. I don't think that Chewy.com genuinely care for its customers and does not have policies in force that would reflect a company that strives for customer retention. They need to restructure how they conduct their business if they desire to stay afloat. I hope the Owner/President of Chewy reads these reviews and takes to heart what is going on with his business. He definitely needs to make some big changes.

Terrible customer service. They are slow in shipping out your order and customer service is useless. I've ordered from there before but from now on, I will order off Amazon. Stay away from this company.

Terrible service worst ever should’ve just gone to my local pet shop instead of trying to save a dollar. I guess it’s just me being lazy I wish everybody would just go to their own pet shop and buy from them because it is not worth giving Chewy a single penny third time I ordered first time OK second time they held the package for over a week and I had to call them and they said all you have to verify your address OK I get it the first time third time same thing happened and they’re like oh we’re sorry just wanted to verify your address and who you are terrible customer service terrible all the way around I will never shop here again

I was excited to get products from chewy. Until my fist order came in n I didnt receive my everything. I called them to find out what happened, and the person I spoke to said they just made a mistake and she would process the order right away, first she made sure the item was in stock which it was so she processed the order and said it would be eight to ten business days. Today been 8 days n I have not receive a tracking number or anything, so I called to find out what was going on, the new lady said the other lady forgot process the order and she would do that now, and again made sure it was in stock well they are out of stock...so now my dogs are suffering more n longer because it won't be in stock till may 6. So I just told them to give me my money back. There attitude is what upsets me the most. No appolgy. And was okay here's your money back. I really didn't want my money back I wanted flea n tick protection. This the worse customer service I have had besides fast food. I do not recommend them to anybody, as a first time customer is the worse experiance.

I have now made it a practice to 1 star review any company that sends me unsolicited junk mail. Even though it 100 percent illegal, our government isn't actually going to enforce any of it so its up to us. If we all do this, the junk will stop coming.

I am a Rescue House with several pets. Everytime I place an order my order it is either very delayed on hold, canceled or sent to the fraud dept by Chewy. My order are between $200 and $1,000 an order. I have explained this to the fraud dept, managers, and supervisors that my orders will be between these amounts. This happen to all 7 of my orders. No problem with my credit card. Today, I canceled my order due to my order was put hold by the fraud dept at Chewy again. I will never order from this company and I will let all my rescue and furbabies friends and family know about how Chewy handle people who does rescue or have several furbabies. STAY WAY FROM CHEWY!!!!!! EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPANY!!!! Amazon has the same stuff for the same price.

Not a fan. I'll pay a dollar more elsewhere instead of waiting 2 weeks for shipment.
